 • Check in time is from 2pm-9pm. If you plan to arrive later than 9pm, please contact us and advise your expected arrival time so that we hold your room.

 • Should you arrive at the hotel prior to the normal check-in time, you are advised to send us an email to arrange storing your luggage until check-in is available. If arriving early, you are also advised to consider making a reservation for the evening prior to your arrival.• Late check-outs are available on request subject to room availability and occupancy level

.• Please check with the Hotel's Front Desk at least 24 hours prior to your departure on availability of late check-out. • We do not have breakfast service at the property. 朝食なしです。

•  Local TV is not available, however Netflix is free of charge to watch during your stay. 通常の現地テレビは視聴不可ですので、ご了承下さい。Netflixネットフリックスは視聴し放題です。
CHILDREN AND BEDS　お子様
• Children 10 and older are allowed at this hotel. Children under 10 are not allowed. No cribs are available. 10歳以下のお子様は宿泊不可です。
• No extra beds are available. However extra futon (mattress on the floor for 1 person) is available, please contact us for the fee at info@thebarntokyo.com 追加ベッドのご用意はございませんが1名様分の追加布団がございます。info@thebarntokyo.com までお問合わせ下さい。
 • Pets are not allowed. ペットの宿泊は不可です
GENERAL PROVISIONS　一般規約
• We provide daily housekeeping services for your room. Fresh linens & towels will be provided complimentary every four days unless otherwise requested sooner (*for a small fee). Please contact our staff for further details.
• By proceeding with the reservation, you further agree and acknowledge that if the reservation is accepted by the Hotel, your stay subsequently shall be subject to the Hotel's standard terms and conditions of stay.
• The Hotel may, at its absolute discretion, cancel the reservation if the Hotel is of the opinion that the reservation information provided is falsified or incomplete.• The Hotel shall be entitled to vary, amend and/or otherwise change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice
.• You shall indemnify and hold the Hotel harmless in respect of any liability, loss, damage, cost and expense of any nature arising out of, and/or in connection with the acceptance of the reservation by the Hotel.
• The Hotel shall not be liable for any losses, damages, costs or expenses incurred by you as a result of any cancellation of the reservation by the Hotel.
DAMAGE TO HOTEL PROPERTY
• We reserve the right to charge guests the cost of rectifying damage, caused by the deliberate, negligent, reckless or accidental  act of the guest to the hotel’s property or structure.Should this damage come to light after the guest has departed, we reserve the right to make a charge to the guest’s credit / debit card, or send an invoice for the amount to the registered address.Deposit JPY20000  will be collected upon arrival. 
REMOVAL OF HOTEL PROPERTY
• We reserve the right to charge guests the cost of replacing any items that are removed from the premises by them without consent.The charge will be the full replacement amount of the missing item, including any carriage charges.Should the fact that the item is missing come to light after the guest has departed, we reserve the right to make a charge to the guests credit / debit card, or send an invoice for the amount to the registered address.
PAYMENT: 
Payment will be processed beforehand when the guests book a room.　ご予約後前払い。
