• Check in time is from 2pm-9pm. If you plan to arrive later than 9pm, please contact us and advise your expected arrival time so that we hold your room.
• Should you arrive at the hotel prior to the normal check-in time, you are advised to send us an email to arrange storing your luggage until check-in is available. If arriving early, you are also advised to consider making a reservation for the evening prior to your arrival.• Late check-outs are available on request subject to room availability and occupancy level
.• Please check with the Hotel's Front Desk at least 24 hours prior to your departure on availability of late check-out. • The Hotel shall not be liable for any losses, damages, costs or expenses incurred by you as a result of any cancellation of the reservation by the Hotel.
DAMAGE TO HOTEL PROPERTY
• We reserve the right to charge guests the cost of rectifying damage, caused by the deliberate, negligent, reckless or accidental act of the guest to the hotel’s property or structure.Should this damage come to light after the guest has departed, we reserve the right to make a charge to the guest’s credit / debit card, or send an invoice for the amount to the registered address.Deposit JPY20000 will be collected upon arrival.
REMOVAL OF HOTEL PROPERTY
• We reserve the right to charge guests the cost of replacing any items that are removed from the premises by them without consent.The charge will be the full replacement amount of the missing item, including any carriage charges.Should the fact that the item is missing come to light after the guest has departed, we reserve the right to make a charge to the guests credit / debit card, or send an invoice for the amount to the registered address.
