Aqua Tonic Restaurant
- Members and guests must notify reception if they decide to change their dining destination in advance. This is so that your original reservation can be canceled and a new reservation can be made for you.
- We kindly ask you to wear clean, crisp and fashionable attire while in our restaurant and lounge. After 6pm Baseball caps, gym wear, sportswear, ripped jeans, hooded jumpers, crop tops, visible underwear and revealing outfits are not permitted. At all times wet beachwear/pool wear is not permitted to be worn while sitting on furniture within the Club with the exception of the pool lounge chairs.
- If you have children, take care that they stay in their chair, and thus respect the space of other members or guests.
- Invoices must be signed in the case of members and guests to confirm their request and this can be attached to their room and must be paid on the day or when checking out.

Tax & Service Charges
Room rates are nightly, subject up to 4% tax if paying with a foreign currency. Meals and beverages are subject to 10% service charge. Rates and state and local taxes are subject to change without notice.
Room Payment
Upon check-in, guests must provide a valid credit card and government issued photo ID. The name on the credit card and ID must match the name on the room reservation.
Minimum Age Requirement
Guests must be at least 21 years of age to check-in to the hotel.
Visitor Policy
Please be informed that the following applies to all visitors and personal guests of registered hotel guests at Vientos del Caribe:
- All visitors are required to provide proper identification upon arrival
- Visitors and non-hotel guests are not able to access the property between the hours of 11 PM - 7 AM
- The resort pool and facilities are exclusively reserved for registered hotel guests and club members

Smoking Policy
Vientos del Caribe is a non-smoking facility. Smoking is permitted outside of the building in designated areas. SMOKING IN ROOMS IS NOT PERMITTED AND VIOLATORS WILL BE CHARGED A FLAT CLEANING OF $150 AND WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO RETURN TO VIENTOS DEL CARIBE.
Do Not Disturb Policy
The hotel reserves the right to enter guests' rooms at any time to maintain the safety and security of our guests, staff and property.

The Club has been established to promote non-political, social and recreational activities.
Respect the Club as if it were your home.
The Club is both a place of relaxation and business, so please always be considerate of Members indulging in either pursuit.
Damage To or Loss of Property
Any property damages or missing items will be charged to your credit card at market value. Pre-existing damages or room issues must be reported to the front desk immediately after registration to avoid responsibility and potential charges.
Cameras/Recording Devices
As a Private Members Club, we would like to remind members or guests that posting on social media should be discreet and should not involve or feature other members and their guests within the club. Always make sure to behave appropriately, and use respectful language, including when addressing Club VDC staff.
Food and Beverages
Please refrain from bringing any outside food or beverages to the Club, unless medically necessary.
Children
The Club is designed for adults, but is intended to be child-friendly. Please be considerate of other members and guests when bringing children, who count as part of your guest allowance, please ask the Club about our policies regarding children as they vary. Remember that your children are your responsibility at all times when they are present at the Club, and make sure that you do not leave them unattended at any time.
Mobile Phones
To protect the relaxed atmosphere within the Club, members and guests are not allowed to take or make phone calls, and phones must be on silent mode. Text messages are allowed and calls can be made in designated areas within the Club. Please make sure your guests adhere to our phone policy.
Audio/Video Sound
Movies, videos, songs, internet calls, presentations and all other audio must only be played through headphones and should not be audible to any other member or guest present. Internet calls must only take place in designated areas.
Dress Code
The Club is a private oasis located within a well-known sports and beach town. With this in mind, our “dress code” will encourage individuality and fabulous beach, pool and party attire. Although there is no strict dress code, we kindly ask our members and their guests to dress for the occasion and be respectful in their choice of elegant attire.
CCTV
Members, guests or invitees should be aware that for security reasons we use CCTV in all areas of our Club and that they are closely monitored.
Disciplinary Procedure
Conduct by a member or guest that is prejudicial to the reputation and character of VDC may result in suspension or expulsion of such member or guest. Such conduct may include inappropriate, violent or abusive behavior, or the communication of information concerning the Club affairs, members or their guests in the Club to the media. An expelled member may not return to the Club as a guest.
VDC Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VDC and our Partners will not be liable for:
- for the acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties or negligence, or
- for any personal injuries, death, property damage or other damages or expenses resulting from the above.
