ON SITE PARKING - All vehicles are left at the owner's risk, Harding Ltd as such accepts and bears no liability or responsibility for any vehicles, and any vehicles parked here without prior reservation may be subject to removal.
SMOKING - Harding Ltd operates a no smoking policy with a zero tolerance stance. If you have been found to be smoking within our accommodation a £50 charge will be applied to you. Ask staff about our designated smoking areas at the front and rear of the hotel, as well as our sheltered area at the rear of the bar.
LATE CHECK-OUTS - can be agreed with reception for an extra fee. Any unauthorised late checkouts will be subject to a flat £20 surcharge.
ANTI-SOCIAL BEHAVIOUR - We operate a zero tolerance policy. Any excessive damage to a room, excessive anti social behaviour such as setting off the fire alarm or extinguishers, unacceptable noise levels such as to disturb other guests will also be subject to a further charges and may be removed from the property.
