We require 50% non-refundable deposit to book. However, if you cancel before 30 days' notice, and we are able to re-book your room(s) you will receive a full refund minus 15% cancellation fee. After 30 days, the deposit is non-refundable.

(Spring show: March 1st or Fall show: September 1st) Balances unpaid at this time will be automatically charged to the card on file.
GUESTS ARE ASKED TO PACK LIKE YOU'RE CAMPING AND BRING YOUR OWN BEDDING AND SHOWER ESSENTIALS. BEDDING RENTAL IS ALSO AVAILABLE (See additional items.)
PAYMENT POLICY:

During the rest of the year, the remainder is due upon arrival.

Not suitable for pets. CHILDREN MUST BE SUPERVISED BY ADULTS AT ALL TIMES AND ADHERE TO OUR POLICIES. A $250 DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED FOR MORE THAT 2 CHILDREN.
Any damages will be charged to the card on file.
ANTIQUES WEEK INFO:
QUIET HOURS
During Antiques Week, quiet hours are from 12pm-7am. We ask that all early birds and night owls respect each other's much valued vacation time.
On Site Occupancy during Antiques Week: Each glamper or teepee sleeps 2 max. If you have an extra friend, you must rent another unit. Day guests must be announced before arrival and must register at the main bar to be issued a wrist band.
CHILDREN & PETS:
Not suitable for pets. Out of consideration of other guests, children under 4 are not allowed during Antiques Week.
Antiques Week OPEN HOUSE
We have a guided "Open House" from 12pm-2pm daily during Antiques Week so visitors can view the exterior of the glampers and teepees. Visitors do not disturb occupied units. Simply zip up your teepee or shut your glamper door and you will not be disturbed.
GUEST RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Lone Star Glamp Inn is a non-smoking facility. There are designated smoking areas outside the doors. Please do not prop doors open.
• Lost key charge is $90.
• Articles left at the Glamp Inn can be returned at the guest's expense.
• Lone Star Glamp Inn has several common areas. Please do not drag furniture across the painted floors and return all furniture to its original location.
• Please remove all trash from your glamper or teepee. There are several trash bins located throughout the building. There is also a large trash bin located between the two buildings.
If staying in one of our vintage glampers with an air conditioner, please turn off the unit when unoccupied.
Any damages will be charged to the card on file.
By confirming a reservation, you unconditionally release and hold harmless from liability SKV Properties, Lone Star Glamp Inn, it’s owners, agents and other guests from any and all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs and expenses of any nature whatsoever whether in law or equity, known or unknown, occurring during, caused by, or relating to your participation at Lone Star Glamp Inn.
