Property and Cancelation Policies :
- A cancellation fee will be charged for any cancellations made more than 10 days before the scheduled check-in date, which will be 10% of the full deposit.
- For cancellations made within 10 days of the scheduled check-in date, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
Terms and Conditions
No Smoking: No smoking inside or within 10m of entrances
Events or parties: Parties and events allowed, but be mindful of your neighbours and municiple volume restrictions. Larger gatherings require notice to be given to neighbours and landlord.
Noise: Noise must be kept to a reasonable level at all times and a minimum between the hours of 10pm and 7am.
Garbage: Tenants are responsible for garbage removal (taking to the curb on garbage day and restoring the empty bins) Please separate garbage, recycling and organic waste).
Cleans during stay: Cleaning will be conducted upon moveout, additional cleaning can be scheduled upon request at an additional cost.
Cleanliness: The unit should be kept clean and tidy and returned in the same condition in which it was found.
Keys: Return all keys/fobs upon your departure or you will be charged a $100 fee per key
Laundry: Laundry is available in every apartment.
Courtyard Access: The courtyard is accessible to all residents of The Queen's Griffen, however, please respect the privacy of the other tenants and keep noise as low as possible. Private areas designated to second floor units are not to be utilized by those occupying units on other floors.
Accessibility: Properties are not wheelchair accessible.
Policy Breach: Any breach of our rules will be cause for immediate removal from the property and loss of your booking without a refund for your remaining days and a fine of up to $5000.
Age: Booking must be made by guests aged 25 or older.
Safety Provided: fire extinguisher, carbon monoxide alarm, smoke alarm, exterior security cameras.
