1. Check in time is from 02.00 pm & check out time is until 12.00 pm
2. As this is a homestay, receptionist will only be available from 06.00am – 10.00pm. So you can only check in and check out on that period, unless you make appointment first.
3. Standard Rates include for 2 adults, any Extra Person will be charged IDR 75.000 / person / night or if you also need extra bed, IDR 150.000 / person / night
4. Guests acknowledge & agreed to NOT DOING any kind of activity listed below:
5. Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to New Golden Clouds caused by themselves, their friends or any person for whom they are responsible.1. Smoking (including e cigarette) though out the building (incl. room, rooftop & parking area),2. Consume alcohol in & around this property,3. Engage in any kind of prostitution activity in the property,4. Making any disturbing or loud noise in the property,5. Bring any kind of pets / animal into the property, and or6. Doing any kind of illegal or criminal activity in or around this property ·
(FINES of Rp 10.000.000 will be charged if you decided to do any of this activity, along with any risk & any damage arise from that activity.)
6. Hotel Management is not responsible for your personal belongings and valuables like money, jewelry or any other valuables left by guests in the rooms.
7. Regarding our contactless cleaning protocol, guests Acknowledge that the housekeeping will clean the room according to the covid protocol once every 3 days for the same guests. But you can ask for new amenities & linen everyday
