Room Only Rate (Book Now, Pay Later) - Cancellations should be made directly to the property AT LEAST 24 HOURS before your expected arrival time. If you fail to do this or in case of no-show, you will be charged the first night's accommodation cost. Deposit and booking fee if applicable, are non-refundable.
Non-refundable Rate (Prepaid) are charged at the time of booking and are strictly non-refundable.
Galway Race Week Please note there is a 7 days cancellation policy for stays during Galway Races festival (Last week of July). Full prepayment is required after the free cancellation period ends. Travellers who cancel less than 1 week before 23:59 GMT on the day of check-in (including no-shows) are charged 100% of the booking amount.
Cancellation Following Non-Arrival If you have not checked-in or contacted the hotel by phone to reconfirm that you still intend to arrive before 10am the morning after your confirmed arrival date, we will assume your reservation is cancelled and you will be charged the fees as above.

OPENING TIMES
The Lane Reception is open from 9.00 until 21.00. Self-check-in/check-out available on request.
Should you wish to check-in outside of reception opening hours please contact the Lane prior to your arrival.
All guest are provided with a 24 hour access key to the townhouse and a 24 hour assistance number.

RATE RULES & RESTRICTIONS
Check-in time is from 3 pm, and rooms must be vacated by 10 am on the day of departure, unless prior arrangement has been made with reception. At check-in, the front desk will verify your departure date. Rates quoted are based on check-in date and length of stay. Should you choose to depart early price may be subject to change.
- A pre authorisation on a credit card will be required from all guests on check in.
- This card must be from the guest staying in the Hotel and ID should be available.
- The property reserves the right to refuse check in if this cannot be provided.
For group bookings of 3 rooms or more a separate cancellation policy applies, please contact the hotel directly.
BOOKING FEE
As this is a live transaction system, all credit/debit cards are checked directly with the banking system. The bank levies a fee to cover the cost of each and every credit card verification check. Please note these transaction costs are borne by us whether you cancel your booking or not, should there be a deposit or booking fee this is always non-refundable.

Number 31 Boutique Townhouse is a non-smoking property, may we kindly request you to respect this. A€200 deep-cleaning charge will be applied on departure should you still choose to smoke in your bedroom.
