Cancellation Policies
- If the guest cancels with more than 30 days' notice, the total amount of the reservation will be refunded.
- If the guest cancels with less than 30 days' notice, the 100% prepayment will not be refunded.
- In case the guest simply does not show up (and does not cancel in advance), the total price of the reservation will be charged, and this will not be refundable.

Reservation Policy
Your reservation is guaranteed until the day of arrival. After that time, it is no longer guaranteed, and the room may be reassigned. Reservations must be paid in advance with Visa or MasterCard, or by bank transfer. We will charge your credit card within 30 days before your arrival.
You can check in at any time from 15:00 local time. Electronic keys for suites/the apartment will be sent in advance. Please note that they will not work until 15:00 local time.
You can check out at any time until 12:00, local time.Please note that a more detailed inspection of the room/apartment is usually conducted after the check-out time, and we reserve the right to charge for any damages found before the room/apartment is reoccupied.Bed linen and towels must be placed where they were originally found. Bed linen and towels are NOT gifts and must remain on the property.No Smoking and Damages & Liabilities Policies
Smoking is not allowed in our apartments and rooms. If we find ANY evidence of smoking inside the apartment or in any of the building areas, such as window sills, stairs, or common areas, Worklife Co-living S.L.U. has the right to charge a €150 fine for non-compliance. Please note that we comply with local health and safety guidelines provided by the EU regarding smoking in public places.Smoking is allowed in designated areas: the inner courtyard on the ground floor and on the rooftop terrace.
Please note the following. We may immediately terminate the rental agreement if:
The property you have rented is sublet (or given to others). The number of people residing in the apartment must be the same as confirmed in the reservation. Accommodation for additional guests may be requested.
Worklife Co-living S.L.U. does not allow pets in the apartments. A €200 fine will be charged if pets are brought into the accommodations.
The accommodations are located in a residential building in the center of Grazalema. All our guests are requested to respect the property and privacy of neighbors and not make excessive noise between 23:00 and 08:00, so unfortunately, no parties are allowed.Worklife Co-living S.L.U. is not responsible for lost or forgotten personal items on the premises.Damages and Liabilities
During your stay, the accommodation and all equipment and furniture must be treated with care and kept in order. Immediate notification to the staff of Worklife Co-living S.L.U. is expected for any damage to the apartment.You (the tenant) are financially responsible for any damage to the accommodation. This includes losses caused by you (the tenant) or by the negligent behavior and actions of a third party. A review will be conducted at the time of check-out. However, a more detailed review of the condition of the apartment and all equipment and facilities will be done shortly after check-out and before another guest occupies the apartment. The tenant is responsible for damages found above normal wear and tear and use. In this case, a detailed damage statement will be immediately emailed along with an invoice for the cost of repair or replacement.Worklife Co-living S.L.U. may take necessary actions to resolve any issues and ensure that all equipment and facilities are functioning and provided as expected.Guest Safety Policies
As part of our commitment to guest safety, employees will not disclose the identity, room number, or presence of a guest to anyone other than the corresponding police. This includes taking or delivering messages or indirectly forwarding phone calls. It is the responsibility of guests to communicate their presence and room number to anyone from whom they wish to receive calls or visits.
Security cameras are used throughout the premises on the ground floor, and anyone entering our property may be recorded. Worklife Co-living S.L.U. assumes no responsibility for personal injuries incurred during the use of gym facilities. If you use the gym/training center facilities, you do so at your own risk.
