Within the 24hs of the arrival date, the hotel will take the payment from the registered credit card. If the guest has pre-paid the reservation and free-of-charge cancelation is applicable, the hotel will process the refund of the amount paid deducting 4% as administrative charge fee.
- Non-Refundable Rate: The reservation is prepaid, the Hotel will take the payment from the registered credit card at any time before arrival. If the reservation is not paid 72 after its confirmation, the hotel has the right to cancel it at any time without notification. The reservation cannot be cancelled or modified and no refund is available.
- The Terms & Conditions to be applied, are the published on each online agency and according to each rate plans offered online. In any case, the hotel has the right to choose the currency to use, and also, define the refund terms.

- Si usted eligió el tipo de tarifa Standard Rate puede pagar su reserva el día del arribo o de forma anticipada para congelar el valor en ARS.
- Si usted eligio el tipo de tarifa Non-Refundable Rate debe comunicarse con nosotros dentro de las próximas 72hs hábiles para efectuar el pago y confirmar su reserva.
El hotel se reserva el derecho de cobrar de manera anticipada todas las reservas. Si la reserva no esta pre-paga el establecimiento se reserva el derecho de cancelarla en cualquier momento sin previo aviso.
