Late check-out (after 11:00 AM and before 4:00 PM) may result in a fee.

Property and Cancelation Policies :

When make a reservation, a credit card deposit is required in the amount equal to one night plus room tax. This deposit is not refundable. Reservations canceled 8 days or more prior to the date of check-in we do not make any further charge but lost the one night reservation deposit. Seven days prior your arrival your credit card will be charged the total amount of your stay. Cancellation made with seven (7) days prior to check-in incur a 100% cancellation fee; that is to say that we retain the payment as a penalty. In the case of no shows for reservations made for a specific date, we retains the payment as a penalty.

Booking Policy:

To book a stay with us one day stay is charged to a Visa or MasterCard non refundable .

Smoking:

A fee of $250.00 will be assessed for smoking inside the cottage.

Pets:

Pets are NOT allowed.

Service Animals are allowed (THEY MUST WEAR THEIR SERVICE VEST AT ALL TIMES).

* Housekeeping is available for guests that stay 5 nights or more.

* Noise is NOT tolerated. There will be other guests staying in nearby cottages.

* At check-out all beach chairs, coolers and towels must be left in the cottage. The key must also be left on the door. A fee of $30.00 will be assessed if any item is not in the cottage.

Vehicle to access the property:

We require that all our guests to rent a vehicle for you to enjoy our Island with ease ; we highly recommend a Jeep with Carlos Jeep Rental the only locally owned and operated
