OF THE TOTAL RESERVATION
-70% refund of the total reservation when canceling 60 days before the check-in date.
-50% refund of the total reservation when canceling 30 days before the check-in date.
-For cancellations 29 days before the check-in date, THERE IS NO REFUND.
DATE CHANGE POLICY
OF THE TOTAL RESERVATION
-10% charge of the total reservation when changing 60 days before the arrival date (+ the rate difference)
-20% charge of the total reservation when changing 30 days before the arrival date (+ the rate difference)
-50% charge of the total reservation when changing 15 days before arrival (+ the rate difference)

Punta Monterrey Resort is suitable for events as long as it is scheduled in advance, restrictions and additional fees apply.
Guest personal information is confidential
Punta Monterrey Resort is not responsible for the loss of valuable items (The rooms have safe deposit boxes). It is the guest's responsibility to store their belongings.
Punta Monterrey Resort is not responsible for accidents that occur within it or in its surroundings.

The volume of music must be moderate at all times. NO MUSIC ALLOWED AFTER 10 PM
