Early departure/cancellation: You must depart early, cancel, or honor this reservation to receive credit or refund.
Reservation cannot be modified: Rate quoted applies to exact date (s)/nights/stay booked. Modifications to your reservation (including but not limited to name changes, date changes, etc.) are not permitted within the 14-day cancelation policy.
Failing to call or no-show before 10 pm on the day of arrival of a reservation will result in cancellation of the remainder of your reservation.
All reservations with non-refundable rates are final sales; there are no exceptions, including COVID-19.
Deposit Policy:
50% payment of the total room and tax of reservation is required for all reservations at the time of booking.

Parking is provided for all registered guests at no additional charge (1 vehicle per reserved room). Additional vehicles pay USD 20 per night. You must provide your automobile information upon check in. Contact hotel for details.
Pets are not permitted. A USD 250.00 non-refundable cleaning fee will be added to your folio.
This hotel has a smoke-free policy. All associates have been trained to respond to potential violations of the policy. For example, housekeepers are trained to observe signs of smoking in the hotel. Guests are reminded at the time of booking and upon arrival at the hotel that smoking is not permitted inside the building. Pre-arrival email notifications also include a reference to the policy. There is a significant room recovery non-refundable fee, starting at USD 250.00, for guests who do not comply in order to cover the extensive cost of restoring guest rooms to a smoke-free condition.
