Cancellation Policy:
During our summer season (June 14- September 16): Cancellations fourteen days or more prior to your arrival will be charged the first night plus the taxes.  Cancellations less than fourteen days to arrival all payments are forfeited. For the remainder of the year, cancellations 24 hours or more prior to arrival have a 25 USD cancellation fee. Less than 24 hours all payments are forfeited.
If we have a problem processing your credit card we will contact you ASAP, if we do not receive the required deposit within 24 hours after booking, the reservation will be cancelled.

Terms and Conditions

Reservation Policy:
Room rates are based on single or double occupancy and vary according to the particular accommodation reserved.  A valid Credit Card is required to guarantee this reservation, the first nights deposit is placed on the credit card at the time of the booking. Room rates do not include taxes. All rooms are subject to state and local occupancy tax of 11.7%. Guests required to provide the front desk with their credit card which matches the credit card used for your advance reservation deposit. Estimated price includes room rate for 2 adults and total taxes.The rooms that can accommodate children using the existing beds  allows up to 2 children ages up to 11 years old at the time of check out.Each older children and  adults pay 15 USD additional per night. Standard king rooms and Queen rooms can accommodate 2 people maximum including children. There are no extra beds or cribs available.
Non Refundable Rates: 
FULL payment is required for this reservation at the time of booking. Your credit card will be charged immediately in U.S. dollars for the total amount quoted for the entire stay as reserved and no refunds or credits will be issued. Advance booking time will be announced at each offer. 
Charges cannot be applied to other stays, services or merchandise. 
No rates or hotel availability are guaranteed until full payment is received. Even after full payment has been received, we reserve the right to cancel a reservation without notice if we become aware of or are notified of any fraud or illegal activity associated with the payment for this reservation. 
Reservation cannot be modified: Rate quoted applies to exact date(s)/nights/stay booked. Modifications to your reservation (including but not limited to name changes, date changes, etc.) are not permitted.
Early departure/cancellation: If you depart early or you cancel or fail to honor this reservation for any reason, you will not receive any credit or refund. 
Extending your stay: Extensions will require a new reservation for the additional date(s) subject to availability and prevailing rates and this rate shall not apply.
Deposit Policy:
During our summer season (June 14- September15): We charge one night's deposit to your credit card at the time of the booking. 30 days prior to your arrival we charge 50 percent of the remainder of the balance and 14 days prior to arrival rest of the balance. 
If we have a problem processing your credit card we will contact you ASAP, if we do not receive the required deposit within 24 hours after booking, the reservation will be cancelled.
Failing to call or no show before check out time after the first night of a reservation will result in cancellation of the remainder of your reservation.
Even after full payment has been received, we reserve the right to cancel a reservation without notice if we become aware of or are notified of any fraud or illegal activity associated with the payment for this reservation. 
Check in/ Check out: Check in is at 3:00 PM and check out is at 11:00 AM, if you are going to be a late arrival please let us know. Early check in and late check out  (Additional charges may apply)

Smoking:  We are a non-smoking inn. Smoking is not permitted in our rooms, common areas, the porches and the patios. Smoking in our NON-SMOKING ROOMS will result in a $200.00 surcharge, without any authorization needed.
Parking: Parking is provided for all registered guests at no additional charge. You must provide your automobile information upon check in.

General Policy:
The Hyannis Inn Motel has a zero tolerance policy in which it will refuse to admit or refuse service or accommodation in the Motel or may remove a person who: while on the premises acts in an obviously intoxicated or disorderly manner or causes a public disturbance. 
The Hyannis Inn is a Family & Couples Motel -2 adults per room maximum, any violation of the above rules will result in immediate eviction without a refund. . All guests are required to show government issued Photo ID and a credit card with the name of the guest at the time of check in. Minimum length of stay may be required over certain time periods and on weekends.
 Housekeeping:  We provide daily housekeeping between 9 AM to 3 PM .
 Pet Policy:  Sorry, NO PETS allowed.  Pets in room will result in a $200.00 surcharge, without any authorization needed.  For pet kennels please call:  Cape Cod Farm Kennel 508-428-2322
