The Residences is a 4-story, 72 unit – 146 bed facility for both long-term apartment rentals and nightly lodging for visiting athletes and teams. Reservations bookings can be made Online, by email (firstname.lastname@example.org), over the Phone (+1 435-658-9114) or in person with our Guest Services team at the Residences. You agree to only make reservations for yourself and your invited guests and you prohibited from making reservations for the purpose of reselling, posting, advertising or marketing reservation information through third-party websites or other means, or any false, fraudulent or speculative reservations. The UOLF cannot accept bookings made by housing associations. If you need to book on behalf of one or more proposed guests, you must make the reservation directly through our Guest Services desk. Change of guest name for any reservation is not allowed unless there are any special circumstances deemed acceptable by our Guest Services team. The hotel has the right to reject, any guest from checking-in if the guest name is different from the name as stated on the reservation. The UOLF reserve the right to cancel or modify the reservation in its sole discretion without notice if it appears that any reservation has been made in breach of the above terms or involve, any abuse of the reservation service. Group bookings: Groups consist of 5 rooms or more. If you have booked a group and haven’t contacted us yet, please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, otherwise your booking can’t be confirmed. If you haven’t booked your group directly with us, we cannot guarantee all members of your group will be accommodated.

Please note that, bookings cannot be accepted for guests under the age of 18 unless accompanied by an adult.
Payment: Full pre-payment of the first night is required at the time of the booking for any reservation made through our website or directly with our Guest Service team. See Property and Cancellation policies for refund policy. The outstanding balance has to be paid immediately upon checking in at the Residences. We accept, cash (USD only), most credit cards and debit cards.
When checking in you will be asked to provide a credit card number as a caution for any damage that may be caused during your stay.
Upon request the UOLF can charge on your credit card for the full amount for your reservation. A request has to be sent by email. If you intend to pay for someone’s stay and will not be checking-in to show the payment card, a request has to be sent by email via email@example.com
Check-in and Check-out: Check–in time is 3:00pm (15:00) and check-out time is 10:00 am. If you arrive earlier, you are welcome to leave your luggage in our storage room. Our Guest Service team can upon request offer some tips on the local area during your stray with us. If you arrive late, special arrangements need to be made as we have dedicated Guest Services hours. However, let us know if you plan to arrive after midnight so we do not cancel your booking.
Please do not forget to pack your ID! Make sure to bring a valid identification with you, preferably a passport, government-issued National Identity card, residence permit, military ID or driving license. We are unable to check anyone in without this information, so make sure to pack your ID! Students cards and security badges are not accepted.
Late check out may be accommodated upon request. If it exceeds 2 hours, you will have to pay another night accommodation subject to availability with managements approval. You can enjoy our lounge area upon checking-out if you love our space and want to stay with us a little bit longer.
You will be given a key-card when you check-in which gives you access to the Residences, your room and guest pantry. If you lose your key card, you can request a new one but please keep your original key card safe!
Changes / Cancellation Conditions (special Terms and Conditions apply to a group booking) A change can be made to your reservation up to 14 days prior to arrival. After that time no changes can be made. If you need to change the dates of your booking contact our reservation team via firstname.lastname@example.org or directly on +435-658-9114. Changes of dates are subject to availability and rate differences may apply.
All cancellations can only be made by email directly to email@example.com.
A booking can be cancelled without charge occurring more than 14 days prior to arrival. Any room cancellations occurring 7-13 days prior to arrival are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Any room cancellations within 6 days prior to arrival full payment is fore-fitted.
Please note this cancellation policy does not apply to group booking. Refunds will be made by the same method the payments were made and to the specific card used at the time of the booking.
No Show: If you fail to arrive for your stay, you will be charged for the full amount of your stay.
Residence Rules: The Residences at Utah Olympic Park is 100% smoke-free. Smoking is not permitted in any part of the Residences.Should it be brought to our attention smoking has taken place, a cleaning fee of $200 will be assessed and the guest will be asked to leave the premises immediately. A refund will not be issued. Customers are required to conduct themselves in a reasonable and responsible manner and must not act in any way which may disturb other guests and tenants. Failure to adhere to this requirement may result in customers being asked to leave the Residences in which event all additional charges shall become immediately payable by the customer. Any guest(s) who, in the opinion of our staff, compromise the comfort, safety or security of other guests, staff or local residents will be asked to leave the premises. Guests are expected to respect other guests as well as staff and property. The customer will be responsible for any loss or damage caused at the Residences.
Personal Property: It is a guest’s responsibility to ensure that personal belongings are secure at all times. The Residences accepts no liability for the loss, theft or damage to guests’ property, however sustained or caused.
