Hudson Mariner is a unique Guest House in one of the early proprietor’s former homes in historic Hudson NY built in 1810. It is a unique Adams style brick building that has beautiful proportions with high ceilings and windows. The home was once the residence of the painter Edward Avedisian.
Five unique suites are offered all with ensuite baths. Complimentary tea and coffee is available 24/7.

We are not able to offer early arrival or late check-out.

PARKING
Free parking on Warren Street is available. Please follow posted restrictions. Alternate side parking is enforced midnight to 8am (park on even side of the street when it is an even date after midnight / Park on odd side of the street if an odd date after midnight). Property is not responsible for tickets or any damage to automobiles or personal belongings.
EXTENDING YOUR STAY
After you have booked your stay with us, you can extend your stay(depending on availability) by simply letting us know and you can always book directly on our own web site to add any new dates.

Pets - If you are staying with a pet you must let us know before you arrive. We require you agreeing to our pet policies. Should you stay without giving us notice of a pet then a fee of $100.00 per night will be charged in addition to your room cost.
