Terms and Conditions – Inversnaid Bunkhouse 1. To Make ABooking Bookings can be made by telephone, email or online at ourwebsite or booking agents. Bookings are only confirmed when payment is madeunless arranged and agreed in advance by the Bunkhouse team. An email booingconfirmation will sent out either by the Bunkhouse, PayPal, or by the bookingagent depending on which booking channel you select. 2. ConfirmingYour Booking Bookings made through this system for youth hostels are intended forindividuals or small parties to a maximum of 15 persons. The maximum duration for any hostel stage is 7 nights, whichcan be easily extended at check-in, subject to availability. The person making payment for any booking will be deemed the lead person andassumes responsibility for the accuracy of the booking, the payment detailssubmitted and for conveying all necessary booking details and terms andconditions to the other members of the party.The booking reference number displayed at the end of the booking process oron the booking statement must be recorded and retained safely as proof ofbooking and payment. 3. The owners have noliability under these circumstances. 8. Car Parking Car parking is available free of charge at the propertyentrance. 9. Occupancy Your occupancy number cannot exceed the beds or roomspurchased without agreement from the staff team. 10. If Problems Arise Before Your Arrival At TheBunkhouse If a problem arises with the property we will endeavour, assoon as practically possible, to inform you of this. We cannot accept responsibility for entry to any attractionsor area amenities mentioned on the website or leaflets in the property. These are for information purposes only. 11. Smoking Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the property. 12. Pets While we have a pet friendly policy it is the responsibilityof the pet’s owners to ensure that the animals present no danger to person orproperty. Animals should be kept under control and not be allowed on anyfurniture. Pet pooh should be cleaned up immediately. At no times should petsbe left unattended in the room, unless within a cage. Pets are not permittedupstairs during meal service. Pets are not allowed in shared rooms with othercustomer not associated with your party. A pet surcharge of £5 is payable pernight per pet. 13. Fire Safety A fire risk assessment has been carried out at theInversnaid Bunkhouse . Written instructions are available in all rooms re firesafety. Where possible verbal instructions will be given to all customers.While staff will help where they can it is the customers responsibility to exitthe building in the event of a fire alarm. Candles or other naked flames areNOT PERMITTED anywhere in the property. 14. Your Responsibilities While customers are not responsible for “wear and tear”repairs and maintenance, furnishings and fittings within the building must notbe subjected to unreasonable damage. You are expected to show due consideration for other people,not to abuse the property or display bad behaviour towards the staff, the neighboursor their guests. Anti social behaviourmay result in you being evicted from the facility. It is your responsibility to check the property meets yourneeds. 18. Access To The Property There may be occasions when the owners require access to theproperty to carry out essential repairs. The owners will endeavour to contact you to arrange a convenient timeshould this occur. Please note that your own access to the property is via arough farm track. The majority of ordinary cars are perfectly adequate for thispurpose. The owners have no liability for your vehicle. If you have concernsplease call us on 01877 382670 for further information. 19. If We Cancel The owners do not expect to make any changes to your bookingbut occasionally changes may occur. Compensation will not be paid for minor changes. A full refund will be given in the unlikelyevent that we need to cancel a booking.
