Failure to do so may result in unregistered individuals not being allowed to stay on the property.The hotel will charge $250.00 MXN per person per night for additional, unreported guests detected staying overnight.To locate the guest in case of an issue, contact information (phone number or email) must be provided at check-in.Xkopek is not responsible for inconveniences caused by external service providers (tour agencies, taxis, etc.).If the guest excessively dirties the room (spills oil, mud, food, excessive sand, etc.), an additional cleaning fee of $250.00 MXN per day will be charged.If housekeeping reports stained sheets, towels, blankets, or any other item in the room with blood, bodily fluids, vomit, shoe paint, hair dye, etc., the guest will be charged extra for laundry or replacement, depending on the damage.Guests must maintain moderate conversations to avoid disturbing others.The use of recorders, electric devices, musical instruments, or noisy games that disturb the tranquility of other guests is prohibited.The guest must cover the cost, based on a prior quote, in case of causing damage that requires repair or replacement of any object, furniture, or material owned by Xkopek, whether due to negligence or intentional actions.Guests must report any damage to the room immediately after taking possession. Failure to do so may make the guest responsible for the damage at the market value of the affected item.Xkopek is not responsible for forgotten items in public areas or rooms after check-out.Guests commit to returning any item borrowed from Xkopek in the condition it was given. Otherwise, they will have to cover the cost of repair or total loss, with the amount determined at market value based on a prior quote.Guests presenting aggressive, threatening, or disrespectful behavior towards staff or other guests will be asked to leave the property immediately and reported to the competent authority.Security cameras are in and around the premises. All material obtained from these cameras will be provided to authorities if necessary.Smoking is strictly prohibited inside rooms, the pool area, and the reception (in accordance with Article No. 188 of the Federal Health Law).Xkopek reserves the right to admission.The cost for the loss of towels is $250.00 MXN per piece (applies only to pool towels taken outside the hotel).Xkopek is not responsible for damage or theft of vehicles inside or outside the parking area.Strictly prohibited to bring alcoholic beverages or food into the establishment."
