December 16 - January 5: First night to be charged at the time of reservation. Full payment due 60 days ahead. Cancellation outside of 90 days will not be refunded for the first night of stay. Cancellation within 60 days of the reservation will not be refunded.
Theestablishment is not obliged to keep reservations in case of no show or last-minute cancellations.

- All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by the hotel.
- The reservation holder must be over 18 years old and provide accurate and complete information when making the reservation.
- Payments:
- The reservation price does not include taxes or credit card usage fees.

- Modifications to reservation dates are allowed up to 15 days before arrival, subject to availability and possible rate adjustments.
- Check-in and Check-out:
- Check-in is available from 3:00 PM. Check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM.
- Late check-out charges will apply after the established check-out time.
- No Smoking Policy:
- Smoking is not allowed inside the hotel premises. Cleaning and disinfection charges will apply in case of infringement.
- Additional Services:
- Guests have complimentary access to the hotel parking during their stay.
- The reservation price does not include breakfast. Breakfast options are available at an additional cost.
- Guest Responsibility:
- Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel facilities during their stay.
- The hotel is not responsible for the loss or damage of valuables left unattended in the rooms.
