Cuando usted reserva 8 huéspedes o menos hay 4 camas proporcionadas (si usted necesita 5 camas por favor díganos en la reserva) Cuando usted reserva 9 a 10 huéspedes hay 5 camas proporcionadas y cuando usted reserva 11 a 12 huéspedes las 6 camas son proporcionadas. Property and Cancelation Policies :
- Con más de 90 días antes de la fecha de llegada se requiere el pago del 50% y 60 días antes de la fecha de llegada el restante 50%.
- Con 60 días o menos será necesario el pago del 100% de la reserva.
- Para la devolución completa del depósito se deberá cancelar con 60 días antes de la fecha de llegada. Aplicar una penalización del 10% sobre el depósito.
- Las reservas en Navidad, Fin de Año y Semana Santa no son reembolsables.
- Deposito en efectivo el día de entrada de 500$ que se devolverán el día de check-out tras comprobar que todo está en buenas condiciones.

HOUSE RULES: Thank you in advance for your conscientiousness and respect during your stay.Villa Wanderlust
We do not accept male singles groups due to past experience. We are not the right fit because we do not allow male singles groups to bring visitors to the villas.
2. We DO accept groups of single women, families, groups of friends, special celebrations, birthdays, anniversaries, surfers and/or retreats, etc...
We are Pet Friendly but you must always request prior authorization to bring your pet (we do not accept aggressive pets or pets with behavioral problems). Please do not bring your pet without authorization. We do not accept pets on the beds or sofas for any reason, remember that any damage caused by you or your pet is your responsibility. We require a $100 deposit for pets to come and stay which is refundable upon departure pending proof of damage.
4. Unlicensed chefs and caterers are not allowed here. Due to many unfortunate experiences, we only allow chefs approved by Wanderlust Villas to provide food service in the villas.
5. Smoking is prohibited inside the house. We do allow smoking outside, but please use the ashtray and be careful with furniture and objects.
6. Please avoid bringing sand into the house, it is very corrosive. When you return from the beach leave your clothes and towels with sand on the outside clothesline and rinse off in the outdoor shower by the pool, we emphasize that please do not fill the showers in the bathrooms of the villas with sand.
7. It is not permitted, for any reason, to take our towels outside the property. Neither for use on the beach nor at check out.
8.We strongly ask you to take care of the kitchen, please take care of the utensils, always try to wash the dishes when you are done with them, this way you will avoid attracting insects or unwanted animals.9.Remember that some kitchen utensils, such as frying pans, rice cooker, slow cooker, etc; should only be used with wooden or plastic spoons to avoid damaging them.10.Guests are not allowed to use the laundry room. We offer laundry service for an additional cost and our staff will be the only ones authorized to access the laundry room.
11.Please hang your damp towels on the wooden towel racks and dryers or in the bathrooms, never place them on top of furniture or beds, as moisture damages wood and fabrics quickly in this climate.
12. It is important to turn off the air conditioner when no one is using it. Try to keep it off when you are not in your room. We do our best to be conscious and ecological.
13. We do not allow lighted candles in the house because they can cause many hazards. Instead we have essential oil diffusers for ambiance and fragrance, and dim fairy lights.
14. No sand or glass in the pool. Whenever you go swimming in the pool you should always use the shower to rinse off first, this way the pool water stays fresh and clean for your own comfort.

We do not allow unregistered guests or visitors to enter the villas or properties. If you wish to bring a person who is not registered or in your Airbnb group you must inform us in advance and is subject to approval (an extra charge per person will be charged if approved).Remember that we have the right to refuse entry to any guest who is or is not registered if they do not respect people, animals or property.16.Please be aware of noise after 11pm.You may continue with your activity but at a moderate volume that respects the neighbors.17.Remember that we have animals on the property, we love them and ask that they be respected. If necessary they have a corral where to reside, your vacation will not be affected.
18. Jacuzzi Use: To have access to the Jacuzzi you must leave a cash deposit of $500 at check-in. This deposit is fully refundable as long as no sand is found in the jacuzzi and no damage is done to the hot tub. If you do get sand in the hot tub the full deposit will be retained because it costs the full amount for the maintenance professionals to come and repair and clean the sand out of the jets, empty and refill the water. This puts the hot tub out of service for 4-7 days depending on the availability of the maintenance professionals.
19. We remind you that failure to comply with any of these rules will result in a financial responsibility that will be deducted from your deposit.
Avoid a situation that may inconvenience you and us by complying with the rules while enjoying and relaxing in the villas.
.20. There is a concierge and pet sitter on site to assist with all your safety and needs and provide the most exquisite and hassle-free guest experience possible.
