- Check-in time is 2pm
- Check out time is 11am
- Breakfast time is 9am till 11am
- Our reception is open from 9am to 6pm daily and your access card will allow you to access in and out of the hostel with ease round the clock.
- For all check-in after 6pm, a night-self-check-in procedure will be automatically created for your arrival. Please use the phone (inside red box) outside the lobby door to give us a call and we will provide simple instructions for your check-in process.
- Minimum Age for Children allowed to stay is 10yrs
- All Children aged 10 to 16yrs are required to be accompanied by an adult and sleep on additional Bed.
- A valid International Passport per staying guest must be presented during check in.
- The balance payment for this reservation will be collected in cash (Singapore Dollars only) upon check in.
- A 4% administrative fee will be imposed for any approved credit card (Visa and Masters AND UnionPay) transaction
- Individual lockers will be provided below your pod beds for your personal storage (W50cm X H40cm X D90cm).
- For cancellation or changes to reservation, kindly email us at least 72 hours prior to the indicated arrival date.
- A cancellation confirmation email will be sent to the guests.
- If cancellations have not been made successfully before 72 hours prior to arrival date, full reservation costs will be levied on your credit card with additional 4% credit card administration fees.
- Failure to turn up or no show, full reservation costs will be levied on your credit card with additional 4% credit card administrative fees.
- If you wish to cancel your reservation, you need to notify us by email at staywithus@dreamlodge.sg
