Motel Policies/House Rules
We strive to provide our guests with an exceptionally clean, safe, and friendly experience.
The following Motel Policy/House rules have been established based on industry standards, management and operational procedures. These are to be considered to be a part of our reservation agreement with you. As our guest by reading and signing your motel registration you are agreeing to abide by all of our policy/house rules, terms and conditions, and procedures.
All reservations are subject to a credit card pre-authorization. If the pre-authorization is declined than your reservation will be cancelled. All guests are required to show government issued picture ID when checking in. 
Smoking Policy
The KRMS is 100% smoke free, for the general safety of the motel and to assure that, our facility is not exposed to items or actions that create an odor that could potentially be unhealthy and objectionable to other guests, we do not permit smoking of any type in our motel rooms. This includes, but not limited to the smoking of tobacco, marijuana, illegal drugs, e-cigarettes, vape pens, vaping cartridges containing nicotine, hookah, incense, cigars, candle burning, diffusing oils, or any other strong smelling plant-based essential oils, any other synthetic products, due to the nature of these materials, it is difficult to remove theses odors from the air, carpet, walls, and furniture. The cleaning fee for smoking in any room is $300.00 per person.
Guests are encouraged to notify the front desk staff immediately if they smell cigarette or marijuana or other objectional odors. This policy is not intended to stop people from smoking, but to regulate where they smoke and how it effects others. A designated smoking area is available for our guests that do smoke.
Candles, incense, essential oils(diffusing, vaporizing, etc..) are also prohibited. These items and activities will be treated as smoking, a fine will be assessed, and the guest may be evicted with no refund. We ask that guests refrain from the use of patchouli oil and other strong smelling plant-based or synthetic items or products that can cause the room to be taken out of service due to objectionable odor. We reserve the right and hereby authorize us to charge your credit card or debit card for any damage incurred to your room or motel property during your stay, including and without limitation for all property damage, missing or damaged items, smoking fees, cleaning fees etc..
KRMS also reserves the right to ask you to leave the motel with your belongings immediately if we shall, in our sole opinion, deem that you have used the motel room in an irresponsible manner. If we deem that you have used the room in a manner that compromises the safety of the room or motel or causes damage to the room or motel property, or to any other guests or staff, there will not be any reimbursement or compensation to you.
We reserve the right and you hereby authorize us to charge your credit or debit card for any damage incurred to your room or the property during your stay, including and without limitation for all property damage, missing or damaged items, smoking fees, cleaning fees, etc..
Parking
All vehicles must be listed on the registration at check-in. All vehicles are parked at the risk of the owner, KRMS shall not assume liability or responsibility for any vehicle, occupants, or contents, while parked on the motel property. If a vehicle is left in the parking lot after the guest has departed without written consent of the motel, the motel reserves the right to have the vehicle towed at the owners expense. No vehicle repairs on motel premises.
Check-in time is 3:00 pm Check -out is 11:00 am
Guests must be 18 years of age to check-in at KRMS. In the interests of security and to prevent fraud, guests are required to have a valid government picture ID.
Please check-out with the front desk so that housekeeping may begin cleaning your room as soon as possible.
Room Keys
Room keys are issued to the registered guests. Please return room keys to front desk at checkout. If the room key is not returned a fee of $35.00 will incur for the lock replacement fee.
Housekeeping/Room inspection
Housekeeping is provided daily between the hours of 8:00am - 5:00 pm
This is a 100% Non smoking motel, including marijuana, staff are trained and skilled in identifying the odors from prohibited items, if our staff concludes that you smoked in your room, you will be fined and evicted without any refund.
Cleaning Fee
$100 Excessive dirty room fee will be charged to the pre-authorized credit card
In case of Emergency or Fire
Please notify front desk immediately.
Free wi-fi Access
Wi-fi is free to all guests KRMS assumes no liability for guests use.
Damage and/or Theft of Motel Property
Guests are liable for any damage howsoever caused (whether by deliberate, negligent, or reckless act) to the room(s), motels premises or property caused by you or any person in your party while either staying or visiting the room occupant at the motel during your stay. KRMS reserves the right to retain your credit card and details as they are presented at registration and charge the card such amounts as it shall in its sole discretion deem necessary to compensate or make good the cost or expenses incurred or suffered to KRMS, as a result of the information stated above. Should this damage come to light after the guest has departed, we reserve the right and/you hereby authorize us to charge your credit card for any damage incurred to your room or the motel property, during your stay, including and without limitation for all property damage, missing or damaged items, smoking fees, cleaning fees, etc.. We will make every effort to rectify any damage internally prior to contacting specialist to make the repairs, and therefore will make every effort to keeping costs that the guest would incur to a minimum.
Damage Discovered After Check-Out
Guest rooms found with waste strewn around in complete disorder, and/or "trashed" will be subject to the cleaning fee mentioned above.
