Property and Cancellation Policies :
Cancelations are FREE up to 72 hours prior to 4pm of your arrival date. If you cancel within the 72-hour period, you will be charged 100% of the non-refundable advanced deposit, which is the first night’s stay. No shows are charged at 100% for the nights booked. This cancellation policy is strictly enforced for all reservations booked directly with the hotel or through the third-party booking agents. Should you need to cancel your reservation for any reason, you will need to contact the company you booked with directly. Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to cancel any third-party reservations within our own system.
If you have booked a group reservation, the following cancellation policy applies:
• For reservations booked for up to four rooms, your reservation must be cancelled fourteen (14) days in advance to your arrival date.
• For reservations booked for five to eight rooms, your reservation must be cancelled fourteen (30) days in advance of your arrival date
• For reservations for nine or more rooms, your reservations must be cancelled sixty (60) days in advance of your arrival date.
• If you cancel your reservation after the cancellation period, your advance deposit will be non-refundable therefore please note your cancellation period in advance.
• If you are a No Show for your reservation, you will be charged 100% of the room rate booked for your entire stay.
All reservations are charged the first night (non-refundable deposit) 72 hours prior to arrival date.
The remaining balance (if any) and any additional fees will be charged the morning of arrival date.
All reservations are paid in full prior to check in.

CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION & DEPOSIT: We have an additional $100 deposit for any incidental damages that may occur. For cash deposits, we require a $200 deposit. Guests are required to show a photo ID and valid credit card at check in. We will scan your ID and verify your credit card is the same one that you booked the reservation with. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Cash.
ADDITIONAL FEES: Additional fees will be added to your reservation and charged upon check in.
• Amenity fee: $15.00 plus tax nightly per room. This fee includes parking, Wi-Fi, and printing and faxing.
• Dog fee: $50 plus tax per dog (limit 2 per room) per night
• Roll-away bed: $35 plus tax per night
• Cribs: $10 plus tax per night
• Extra person fee: $25 plus tax extra per person per night for any guests above maximum occupancy for room
• Upgrade fees are applicable: $20 -$100 plus tax (depending on your room upgrade)
• Early check in fee: $35 plus tax (not guaranteed; please contact hotel to see this can accommodated)
• Late checkout fee: $35 plus tax (not guaranteed; please contact hotel to see this can accommodated)
DOG POLICY: All our rooms are dog friendly with a pet fee of $50 per dog (limit 2) per night. Dogs cannot be left unattended in the room nor in your vehicle during your stay.
SMOKING & DAMAGES: Seaway Inn is a completely NON-SMOKING property. No smoking in or near rooms. Smoking in or near rooms will incur a charge of $250 cleaning fee. Any damages to the room or removal of items are charged at variable rates depending on the cost of the damages & items.
PARKING: Parking is limited on the property. One space per guest room is allotted. The main parking site is limited and on a “first come, first serve” basis. If you are bringing more than 1 vehicle or if you have visiting cars, please contact us to see if we can accommodate you. Please note, there is a $30 fee for additional vehicles.
QUIET TIME: Out of respect for other paying guests and neighbors we ask all guests to observe 'QUIET TIME' on the property from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
