Current Legislation and changes in policy.
ONLY a Maximum of 6 people are allowed per property and it is illegal to have more than this . Fasliure to observe the clear legal legislation WILL result in you being asked to leave the estate. Migling between cottages is also NOT allowed.
The government hasmade this available for the Hospitality sector and has not issued directguidance on how this is used. Please see the statement below… Saddle RoomStatement ref VAT. The VAT reductionannounced by the Chancellor to 5% was issued to help the Hospitality Businessrecover and was not mandatory that this be passed onto the customers. As a business we seethis VAT reduction as a way to claw back some of the lost revenue and also helpwith the extra investment we have put into the Business through developmenti.e. West House. in addition it will support our wage bill as we have not had to lay any staff off forexample our Banqueting Chef. We have lost inexcess of £600,000 this year due to Covid so this financial assistance iswelcomed to keep us going and get through 2020. NOTE :- The VAT cutdoes NOT apply to alcohol and as a business we have absorbed supplier priceincreases this year and not passed these onto the customer as well as theextra investment as a business in PPE.
