- Absolutely no recreational drugs permitted.
- No parties or excessive drinking allowed on premises.
- All visitors of registered guests must be pre-approved and check in at office upon arrival.
- No visitors after 9 pm.
- This is a non smoking facility. Please do not smoke in your cottage as a deep cleaning surcharge of USD 100 per day will apply if you do so.
- No pets allowed in any cottage. A 150.00 surcharge will be applied to your final invoice.
- Zannabella will not be held responsible for accidents or injuries to guests, or for loss of money, jewelry, or valuables of any kind.
- While every effort to make sure that nature (spiders, ants, scorpions snakes, etc) stays outside by treating each cottage, we will not be responsible for any incidents involving any of Texas' natural elements.
- Check In Is between 3-9:pm & Check Out Time Is by 11:00 am.
