SEAFARER SUITES RENTAL AGREEMENT
There is a 10% cancellation fee once a reservation is made.
Cancelations within 15-30 days of the reservation have a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancelations 14 days or less of the reservation become non-refundable.
In addition to our standard cancellation policy, our lodging packages have some additional details. In the event the weather does not cooperate and we downgrade to a shorter trip, only the amount paid towards the upgrade will be refunded. If we are not able to fish at all due to weather or boat related issues, we will refund the package rate of that fishing trip. That fee will not match your fishing confirmation which shows a non-discounted non-package rate. All refunds will be paid by the following Monday of your final day fished. This is done once captains’ logs are turned in. Although fishing does sometimes get cancelled for reasons that are out of our control, the lodging portion does not then become refundable. Lodging is a separate business and is not in any way contingent on a client’s fishing trip. We have offset your fishing trip expense by bundling your package versus A La Carte, but with that reservation, the accommodations still need to be made whole for the room they held for your trip. Most summers are sold out in advance so we offer this service so that anglers aren’t left stranded without a place to stay and cook up their catch!

SEAFARER SUITES RENTAL AGREEMENT
Security Deposit is $100 charged to the card reserved on file auto-collected on day of check in. Receipt along with room access instructions will be provided upon the collection of this deposit. The deposit is returned within 2 business days following check out.
Cleaning Fee included. Management reserves the right to add an additional cleaning charge for rooms left with excessive damage, odors or soiled items.
This is a NON Smoking Facility. There is a $500 charge upon check out for ANY smoking or vaping for smoke removal to our rooms. Smoking is also prohibited in the common areas, walkways and porches.
NO Pets. We love them but due to allergies of guests, please use a pet sitting option during your stay.
Rental Restrictions: Guests must be 21 years old to make a reservation. If more then one request is required to reduce excessive noise, the guest will be asked to leave with no refund. The quiet enjoyment of all guests is our priority.
There is no Minimum Stay though 1 night is the minimum charge for any booking.
Housekeeping Procedure (daily turndown service is by request only). Rooms are made up upon checkout.
Checkout Policy: Leave keys in the room and text housekeeping as listed on the door.
Accommodation/Fee for Late Checkout $25 extends check out from 10 until noon.
Deposit Refund Policy: Deposit refunds are processed within 2 business days after checkout.
Parking Information: Parking is available in the lot in front of the Hotel and overflow in the adjacent city lot behind the HERC building.
Use of/Access to Community Amenities is first come, first served.
