The Chalet Inn is a newly renovated family owned and operated boutique motel with 40 year old bones. Modern furnishings meet minimalist design to create a space that is friendly, casual and comfortable. Eva, the owner, whose background in fine art photography and her love for skiing and mountains is present all around the motel, which is also a constant work in progress.
The Chalet is the perfect basecamp for exploring Glacier National Park, only 20 minute drive, The Whitefish Mountain Resort, only 15 minutes away or downtown Whitefish, just one mile away, filled with conveniences like fridges, microwaves, laundry area, big ice machine to fill coolers, coolers to rent, outdoor seating in front all the rooms, fire pits, free parking, in room wifi and coffee makers.

Check-in time is 4:00pm. Check-out time is 11:00am. Please note that a valid ID and credit card are mandatory during check-in for security purposes. Payment for the total cost of your reservation will be processed 48 hours prior to your check-in.
Cancellation Policy: A single reservation must be received by 1pm MNT 48 hours prior to the scheduled check-in date.
$25 fee applies to ALL cancelled reservations.For reservations of two accommodations, a notice of one week is required. Reservations of three or more rooms must be prepaid and are non-refundable upon cancellation. If a guest cancels their reservation after the specified time frames, the guest is subject to charge for the entire reservation total. If, by 11:00am on the morning following the scheduled arrival, a guest has neither arrived, cancelled their reservation, nor notified us of a delay in their arrival, the reservation will be deemed cancelled, and the guest will be charged for the entire reservation total.
Chalet Inn maintains a no-smoking throughout the premises. Smoking in non-smoking areas, including guests' assigned rooms, will result in a $250 cleaning fee. Guests bringing an unauthorized pet into the room will incur a $250 cleaning fee plus $40 pet fee. Furthermore, Chalet Inn is a drug-free environment. Should any hazardous drug paraphernalia be discovered in the room, a $250 cleaning fee will be charged. Guests are responsible for any damages caused to hotel property during their stay and will be charged accordingly for materials and labor to repair and replace.This property is family owned and operated, and we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time, without providing cause or reason. Excessive noise and other disturbances that adversely affect the comfort or safety of other hotel guests are strictly prohibited. The hotel reserves the right to enter guest rooms for cleaning, maintenance, or emergency purposes. The maximum number of guests per room must not be exceeded.Your reservation with us affirms that you and your party acknowledge and agree to comply with the hotel's policies along with all applicable federal, state and local laws. You hereby assume all risks and responsibilities associated with your stay, thereby releasing the hotel from any liability for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings.
