Terms and Conditions
If your reservation is cancelled within 48 hours of 3:00 on the first day of stay we will charge you for the first night, including taxes. Please let us know if you need special accommodations as we're happy to provide those with notice.
We do not have an elevator to our upper floors, stairways only. If you need a ground floor room, please let us know and depending upon availability and previous requests, we will provide one.
Dogs are allowed on lease, but not in our restaurants or bar. We charge a fee of $25. per dog as well as a $200. deposit that is returned after check-out, once the room has been cleared by our staff. We reserve the right to charge any damages from your pet should they exceed the $200. first deposited. Dogs may not be left alone in your room, for the comfort of fellow guests.
All of our rooms are non-smoking. We have a few smoking areas on the property where you'll find cover and ashtrays. No smoking/vaping is allowed in our buildings or within 50 feet of an entryway. If there are damages due to smoking/vaping in the rooms you will be charged $250. for cleaning and restoration of the room using the card on file.
