GETTING TO MANOAS
A 4x4 vehicle is required to access the property - no exceptions! Without a 4x4, you will have difficulty traversing the mountain and can damage the community road.

Guest Conduct
In order to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests, quiet hour begins at 9pm. No parties or events are allowed without prior approval. Parties or events arranged in advance with approval from Manoas, may incur additional fees. Children are welcome at Manoas, but are expected to be supervised at all times. Manoas is a no-smoking hotel in our common areas and rooms. If you need to smoke, please ask for designated smoking areas away from the common areas and rooms. The grounds at Manoas are adjacent to primary jungle, which means that extreme caution must be taken when hiking on trails, swimming in the river and exploring the property in general. Please be responsible with alcohol consumption.
*Any excess damage caused to the property or grounds at Manoas due to customer neglect, will be assessed and charged appropriately by Manoas management.
Pricing and Taxes
Taxes are included in your room rate. Once a reservation is confirmed, there can be no further adjustments to your accommodation price (i.e. discounts). Add-ons and extras can be added at an additional cost. A 20% cancellation fee will be charged to any reservation cancelled within 30 days of arrival.
Parking Check-in and Check-out
Check-in and check-out times may be flexible, but a request is required in advance to accommodate the request. Each accommodation has free parking included at your accommodation site.
Force Majeure
While we are conscious of unexpected circumstances that might affect your travel, Manoas is not responsible for uncontrollable "Acts of God" that might cause you to cancel your reservation. It is advisable to obtain travel insurance to cover your stay in case the need for an unexpected cancellation occurs. If Manoas is required to cancel your reservation due to uncontrollable circumstances such as: terrorism, extreme weather, labor strikes, cessation of transportation, outbreak of disease etc. you will be issued a complete refund without penalty.
