The apartment is supplied in an "as is" condition and no refunds or reimbursement will be given for any reason or should you choose to leave the property earlier than specified on the booking.
Total occupancy:
The maximum number of people who can stay in each property is six in the cottage, eight in the house and ten in the villa.
Check-in/Check-out:
Check-in is 3 pm: If your apartment is ready, you may be able to check in earlier, however, if you are arriving on an earlier flight you will be required to wait while your room is being prepared, in which case we suggest you keep anything you may need easily accessible. If you'd like a guaranteed early check-in or late check-out you will need to pay for the extra night's accommodation.
Check-out is 10am: If the schedule allows late checkout we will always do our best to provide this extra time.
Following House Rules:
Failure to put rubbish in the bins provided and wash and put away dishes (or leave dishes washed in the dishwasher) can result in up to $200 fine.
Damage to furniture, floor or carpets may also result in a charge to cover repair or replacement.
Insurance:
We strongly recommend you purchase travel insurance at the time of booking.
