This policy is valid during peak seasons and may include a minimum stay requirement of 2 or 3 nights.
*When you need to arrive after 23:00 let us know via email, because your reservation will be automatically canceled at that time.

*Taxes: Residents in Colombia must pay a VAT of 19% on the value of their stay. This value does not appear in the final rate of the reservation. Foreigners and non-resident Colombians are exempt from VAT only if the purpose of their trip is: (a) to receive medical treatment, (b) rest or leisure activities as tourists, (c) to attend or participate in cultural, scientific or , sports, conventions or business, (d) tourist groups in maritime transit of a cruise ship. For this purpose, the passport must be stamped with the TP code with a validity of 90 days.

*Payment upon arrival by cash, credit or debit card. (This property may pre-authorize your card before arrival).
* Small pets (up to 17 kilograms - 34 lbs) are allowed in private rooms only. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed per room. Your stay has an additional cost of 15 USD. Assistance dogs or guide dogs will always be allowed in any of our outlets and are free of charge as long as the owner presents a certificate confirming that their dog is an Assistance or guide dog. At check-in, a copy of the pet's passport must be presented. *You must review additional policies, at the time of check-in, about the care of your pet during your stay.
*Breakfast is NOT included in the rates. You can purchase it at a special price when confirming and completing your reservation through the website, by contacting us via WhatsApp, or at the reception upon your arrival. Please note that the promotion does not apply after check-in.
