Property and Cancelation Policies :
To cancel a reservation, please allow 30 days notice prior to scheduled check-in date to qualify for the full refund of the deposit (minus $100 processing fee).
Cancelling between 14-30 days prior to the arrival date will result in a charge of 50% of the reservation on your credit card.
Cancelling less than 14 days prior to the arrival date will result in a charge the 100% of the reservation on your credit card.
The remaining balance of the reservation will be charged anytime prior to arrival.
Any 'No Shows’ or failure to inform us of a cancellation, you will be charged the 100% of the reservation on your credit card.
There will be no refunds for an Early Departure.
Securing your reservation with a credit card means you accept the terms of our Cancellation Policy.
Terms and Conditions
Check-in at main entrance door. You can check-in any time from 3:00PM by local time. The balance of the full reservation amount is payable 24 hours before the check-in time. Please note that check-in cannot be completed until full payment and security deposit pre-authorization for the room/apartment has been received and approved. A cottage key is provided at check-in time after the full rental amount has been settled. The cost of any keys needing replacement will be taken from the credit card on file. During the check-in process, our receptionist will provide you with any information which may be required during your stay such as the location of near-by shops, good places where you can eat, sights you may like to see, places to go at night, etc. Always ask our receptionist for anything that would make your stay more enjoyable and convenient.
Check-out at main entrance door. You can check-out any time up until 10:00AM SHARP by local time. Later check-out times may be requested, although we may not always be able to accommodate late changes and this will depend on availability and on how busy we are.
At check-out time, please leave the keys in the cottage and lock the door. Please note that a more detailed inspection of the cottage is usually made after the check-out time and we reserve the right to make charges for any damages or breakages found before the cottage is occupied again.
Parking: Two cars parking is allowed in front or behind of your cottage.
No smoking inside the cottage.
Quiet time from 10:00pm to 6:00am.
