TERMS & CONDITIONS1. Check-in: The standard check-in time is at 4:00 PM. Before check-in, the creditcard used for booking and identification matching the name of the person who madethe booking must be presented to the Front Office team. The person who made thebooking must be present upon arrival and staying at the property. If a third-party creditcard is being used, it must be pre-arranged with the property before arrival, and writtenauthorization to use the card must be provided. The Front Office Desk operates fromMonday to Sunday, 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM. For arrivals outside these hours, alternativecheck-in arrangements must be made by contacting the Sunshine Inn team.2. Check-out: Guests must vacate their room by 11:00 AM on departure. Checkingout after this time may incur additional charges, subject to availability.3. Long Stay Packages: For guests staying for six nights or longer, rooms will receivefull housekeeping services twice a week. Payment for the first week of a weekly stay orthe first two weeks of a monthly stay is required upfront. Subsequent weekly paymentsat the negotiated rate will be due on the same day each week.4. Clean Atmosphere Policy: Our suites strictly enforce a non-smoking/non-vapingpolicy. Smoking or vaping is prohibited anywhere on our premises, monitored by CCTV24 hours daily. Ignoring this policy will result in a minimum charge of $80 plus anyadditional costs associated with restoring the room to its original condition.5. Guest Hotel Access: Guests must be 18 years or older to stay at the hotel. Aresponsible adult must accompany minors. Only registered guests can access the hoteland rooms, and visitors are allowed only with consultation with the hotel's managementor the Front Office team. The hotel reserves the right to refuse service to any guest orguest's invitee.6. Lost Keys: Requests for late access due to lost keys may incur a fee of up to $5during the stay. It is important to always keep the keys with you or leave them with theFront Office team when leaving the room to use guest facilities.7. Personal Items: The hotel does not take responsibility for any loss, damage, ordestruction of personal property brought onto the premises, including personal effectsand motor vehicles.8. Internet Policy: To ensure fair usage for all users, there may be limitations onstreaming videos or using Skype during their stay. Downloading illegal content from theinternet is strictly prohibited in accordance with Florida Law.9. Transport and Parking: Coordination of transport and parking for bikes, cars, andbicycles is handled by the Sunshine Inn Front Office.10. Hotel Events: All events must adhere to the agreed-upon start and end times. Ifan event runs over the agreed times, the guest agrees to compensate the hotel for anyreasonable costs, including additional staffing time. Any third-party contractors hired forthe event must be notified to the hotel at least 28 days prior, and proof of public liabilityand electrical equipment testing insurance must be provided at least 14 days before theevent.11. Right of Access to Personal Data: Guests have the right to access their data heldby the hotel. Access can be requested by submitting a written inquiry to Sunshine Inn.12. Liability: Neither Sunshine Inn nor any associated entities shall be liable for anyloss or injury, including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, orsimilar damages arising from accessing or using the site or any materials, opinions, orrecommendations. This limitation applies even if Sunshine Inn has been advised of thepossibility of such damage. Any claims against Sunshine Inn, its parent company,subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, agents, representatives, hotel owners, licensors, orlicensees arising from the use of the site or any materials on the site are hereby waived.Signature____________Date________________
