Terms and Conditions
As a guest at our retreat, please be aware of the following pricing policy:
- Nightly Fee and Additional Charges: Guests are responsible for the nightly room rate, plus applicable taxes and fees. The total cost will be clearly outlined at the time of booking.
- Deposit and Payment Schedule: A 50% deposit of the total stay cost is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The remaining 50% is due upon check-in.
- Credit Card Requirement: All guests must have a valid credit card on file. This card will be pre-authorized for any potential damages or additional charges incurred during the stay. These charges, if any, will be processed and itemized for payment upon checkout.
- Cancellation and Refunds: Our retreat has a strict no cancellation and no refund policy. Once a booking is confirmed and the deposit is paid, it is non-refundable. In extreme circumstances, management may consider a refund at their discretion, but this is not guaranteed.
- Reservation Changes Due to Birth Plans: We understand that birthing plans can be unpredictable. Please take this into account when making your booking. While we cannot guarantee that we will be able to change reservation dates after booking, we will do our best to accommodate any necessary adjustments, subject to availability.
1. Release of Liability and Declaration of Non-Medical Facility:Participants understand and acknowledge that Bayla is not a medical facility and does not offer medical services or advice. Participants are responsible for understanding their own and their child’s medical needs. Bayla Corp. or its child care providers cannot be held responsible for any medical issues that arise during the Participant's stay. By signing this waiver, Participant acknowledges that neither they nor their child have any known medical conditions that would prevent safe participation in the retreat’s activities, and they release Provider from any liability related to such issues.
2. Participants attests that they are participating in the retreat with the consent of their healthcare provider and that they, and their child, are physically and medically fit to engage in postnatal activities.
3. Consent for Emergency Treatment and Health Risk Policy:In case of a medical emergency, participant agrees to seek outside medical attention. Additionally, if any staff member of the retreat believes there is a risk to the guest's or baby's health for any reason, the Participant will be required to seek outside medical treatment. The Participant cannot continue their stay at the facility unless they are cleared by a physician as being fit to do so. The Participant agrees to be financially responsible for any expenses incurred as a result of such treatment or medical evaluation.
4. Assumption of Risk: Guest voluntarily assumes all risks, both known and unknown, associated with their stay at BAYLA, including any activities participated in and services utilized during their stay.
