Afterwards, the full amount of money (100 %) will be charged - with no refund available.
Terms and Conditions
RESERVATION
The reservation is made through official hotel website : https://www.villalucia-corfu.com/
Upon reservation the hotel will pre-authorized the guest's debit / credit / virtual card in full amount of reservation (100 %).
After successful pre-authorization of guest's card the hotel will send to the guest email address official confirmation for their stay at Villa Lucia.
Since then the reservation is confirmed and fully guaranteed
*** Insome cases (guests walk-in and already presented at the hotel / or and checked-in the hotel)the hotel does not have to pre-authorize the card immediately (or sometimes notat all) if guest/s agree with the hotel that guest will pay for the stayimmediately / or in cash / or on specific date. In this case the card (does nothave to be pre-authorized) and card details will be used only asa reservation guarantee in case of damage recovery after guest/s orguest/s check-out without payment completed.
CANCELATION / NO SHOW / & PAYMENT FOR STAY
Upon reservation the credit / debit / virtual card will be immediately pre-authorized for the full amount of the reservation money (100 %) - captured by the hotel.
FREE CANCELATION (up to 14 days prior arrival) - if the guest cancel the reservation earlier (up to) 14 days prior arrival, the full amount of reservation money (100 %) will be relieved and return to the guest
CHARGED CANCELLATION, NO SHOWS & PAYMENT FOR STAY (14 days and closer prior arrival) - if the guest does not cancel the reservation earlier than (up to) 14 days prior arrival, the full amount of reservation money (100 %) will be charged by the hotel - considered as processed payment for stay with no refund available.

CHECK-IN
The official check-in : from 15:00 o'clock
The check-in is provided by hotel managerres (LUCIA) or by self check-in.
The guests will recieve an email 1 day prior the arrival refering to check-in instructions (including the hotel location, room number, room key, telephone number of the manager, other details, etc. ) and offered a possibility to book airport shuttle at final call.
CHECK-OUT
The official check-out : until 11:00 o'clock
Later check-out : 11:00 - 14:00 o'clock - 5.00 € extra fee - if requested & available
Late check-out : after 14:00 o'clock - 10.00 € extra fee - if requested & available
PARKING
Guests are available to use a free parking on site.
