Terms and Conditions
- Check-in time to the rooms is from 15:00 hrs and check-out time is 12:00 PM (For each extra hour your account will be charged 10 USD) and there will be no refunds in case of early departures.

- It is forbidden to bring food, beverages and coolers into the public areas. Consumption is only allowed inside the rooms.
- The hotel is not responsible for the loss of valuables, documents, money, etc. left inside the room or in public areas.
- The key to the safe deposit box is unique and non-transferable, guests must carry it with them at all times, even outside the hotel (In case of loss or damage, 75 USD will be charged to your account).
- Serenity Glamping is not responsible for any event derived from services contracted by guests outside the hotel or by third parties.
- Pool towels if lost or not delivered will be charged $20 USD per towel.
