Our reservation policies:
-Reservations DO NOT allow returns.
-Any change of reservation must be made at least 05 days in advance. It is allowed to leave the reservation open for up to 06 months in case of changes before 05 days. In the event that the passenger does not arrive on the reserved date, the total will be charged for NO SHOW.
-In case of unforeseen changes (quarantine) decreed by the central government, the reserve will remain open for up to 12 months.
-The payment of the total reservation is made before entering the rooms.
-Only 1 date change is allowed in the reservations, after that, the amount deposited will be taken as a penalty.
-The ticket or invoice will be issued upon arrival at our facilities.
-Last minute changes are not allowed, in case you want to decrease the number of rooms, a penalty of 50% of the total for the room will be charged.
Terms and Conditions
Children under 5 years of age, will stay free of charge when using existing beds and children under 3 years old will stay free of charge in a crib.
The maximum number of extra beds/cribs in a room is 1. The extra bed or crib must be requested in advance and has to be confirmed by Hotel Management
Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens and Foreigners that stay in Peru for more than 60 days must pay the 18% tax in addition to the price shown in the reservation form.
Foreigners can be exempted from paying the 18% tax (VAT) by presenting at their arrival (check-in) the immigration card and passport. Please note both documents are required for tax exemption.
Guests who, at their arrival do not present both documents, will be required to pay 18% tax.
Foreigners that require an invoice (factura) to be presented to a Peruvian Company, will also be charged with the 18% tax regardless of the length of their stay in Peru.
Free pick-up from Cusco Airport is available at any time, upon request. In order to organize this service accordingly, it is mandatory that you send the hotel your arrival information (airline, flight number and time of arrival)
