Payment Policy: 50% deposit at the time of booking, which is fully refundable up until two weeks before the arrival date. The remaining balance is then automatically settled once inside the two weeks, using the card details on file, unless alternative arrangements have been made. If confirming a reservation once at or inside the two week window, the full payment will be taken at the time of booking, which will then be non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy: Two weeks prior to arrival. For any cancellation, you will be charged a $20 cancellation fee, to cover admin costs and credit card fees. If cancelled at least seven (7) days prior to arrival, the amount paid will be issued as a credit which can be used towards a rescheduled date, no later than 6 months from the original date of arrival. The offer of a credit does not apply to reservations made via an online travel agency, such as Airbnb, Expedia, Booking.com, TripAdvisor, HotelTonight, SecretEscapes, Living Social, Groupon, etc., and such bookings will be deemed non-refundable once inside of the advised cancellation policy, as per the terms and conditions of the respective travel agency.  As such, we always recommend booking with us directly.

Pet Policy: Pets are permitted at the GARDEN Suite only (not the Cloud). If you bring a pet, there would be a non-refundable fee of $50.00 per pet and this must be settled in advance of your stay. Owners are responsible for any damages and may be subject to additional charges as a result of any action which may require deep cleaning or repair. The pet must be kept on a leash at all times, while on the grounds, and may never be left unattended. If your pet is not well behaved or disturbs other guests in any way, such as barking, the company does hold the right to ask the owners to kennel their dogs or leave. No refunds will be offered. Service animals permitted.

Arrival & Departure Times: Check-in is anytime after 3:00pm and check-out is at 11:00am. Each Suite has a lock box with the key inside; we will email you this lock box code a few days prior to your arrival. Please note that at this time we are not accepting early arrivals and late departures.

Parking: There is a small parking lot in front of the suites, which shares space with our own Rockpile Vineyards Tasting Room and Pacific Union Real Estate. Overnight parking is free and marked with signs for the suites.

Off-Site Staff: The suites are NOT staffed, as Rockhouse is a stand-alone property and is not attached to an inn, B&B, or hotel, but we can be reached at the number below for assistance.

Smoking Policy: No Smoking is allowed inside the suite, on the patios or around the building at any time.

Breakfast: Breakfast is included for pick up or seated service between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. at our sister property, the Grape Leaf Inn, located at 539 Johnson St. Healdsburg CA 95448.

Minimum Stay: Two night stays are required on all reservations in which a Saturday night is included. Additional restrictions may apply to holiday and event weekends.

Children of the Vineyard Worker Scholarship Donation: Every stay automatically includes an optional $1.00 donation, per room, to the Children of the Vineyard Worker Scholarship Fund, which provides children of Sonoma County Vineyard workers with the money they need for secondary education. If you do not wish to contribute, please contact the Reservations Department to have this donation removed from your final bill.
