When booking on www.vermontinn.com, we require 14-days notice when canceling a reservation to receive a deposit refund; a $25 fee will apply. If a cancellation is made in less than 14 days prior to your reservation, we will hold your deposit, which can be used for a future stay. Please note you may only move the reservation once.

Terms and Conditions

Check in's are conducted between 3pm and 8pm. Late check-in's need to be arranged with the innkeepers prior to arrival. If you are making a same day reservation, please note that the office closes at 8pm.

Check out time is 11am; late check-out can be arranged upon availability

Most of our rooms are on the second floor and are not handicap accessible. If you need help booking our handicap accessible room, please call us.

Dogs are only allowed in certain rooms and there is a non-refundable pet fee of $35/per dog/per night. Please contact the front desk for more information prior to booking.

For all reservations booking through vermontinn.com and booking.com, a 50% deposit is required at time of booking.

There is an additional charge of $25 per day for any room with more than 2 adults staying in it. This will be added at check out.

When reserving a room for another person, you will be charged in full for the room at time of reservation.
