- The credit/debit card provided in this reservation will be kept in our system to charge 50% of the total including taxes 4 days prior to the arrival date selected at the time of booking.

Cancellation policies
You can make cancellations up to 05 days prior to arrival without penalty.
Cancellations made less than 05 days before arrival have a 50% penalty fee + TAX of the total amount of the reservation, and will be charged to your credit card.
Non-refundable rates requires guarantee of 100% + TAX of the total amount of the reservation.
During the holidays and New Year's; from December 18th to January 10th, we require 100% deposit to secure the reservation & there is no-cancellation & no-refunds.

- Hotel Holistika Tulum is private property, both the owners as well as the hotel administration and staff members reserve the right to admit, reject and/or provide services to any person at their own discretion.
- In the event of a No-Show and without us receiving any written notification from you before 07:00 am the day after your arrival, we reserve the right to assign your room to other guests and your credit card will be charged the total amount. Your reservation, given this situation, can only be accommodated according to availability and there will be no refund or credit regardless of reason.
Terms and Conditions
Hereby i released Grupo Holistika SA de RL de CV and all its subsidiaries, affiliations and employees from any liability, claims, lawsuits, criminal and legal actions and causes of action of any kind that may be associated with and/or as result of my stay, my actions and activities as well as anyone in my group of guests within the Holistika Tulum hotel, or related to any loss, damage or injury, including death.
- In the event that the total payment of your reservation(s) for room(s) has not been completed in full, it must be settled upon arrival by credit card or in cash (US dollars "USD" or Mexican pesos "MXN"). A credit card is required to guarantee and cover costs, additional expenses and damages / losses in any area of the establishment. This information will be stored by our reservation system and will only be used with the authorization of management.
- The arrival time (Check-in) is from 03:00 pm, and the departure time (Check-out) is at 12:00 pm. If you want to leave your room later, it will be considered according to availability at an additional cost that will be decided by the Hotel's staff.
- We reserve the right to remove your personal belongings from the room (s) after the agreed departure time in case of not being able to contact the guests of the room.
No refunds and/or credits for processed payments will be issued in case of: early departure in your reservation, flight cancellation(s), bad weather condition(s), blackout(s), tropical storm(s), hurricane(s), other change(s) in your reservation that reduces the number of nights or rooms reserved and/or for any other circumstance(s) no matter the rate plan choosen. We recommend that all our clients obtain travel insurance coverage. - The rates shown in this booking engine, as well as in any OTA (Online Travel Agency) are subject to changes without prior notice, so no changes will be made to the rates once the reservation(s) is/are completed in this booking engine or any OTA (Online Travel Agency)
- The guest will be required to pay the environmental healing tax (DSA), which corresponds to $32 MXN per night for one guest; $52 MXN per night for two guests; $67 per night for three guests; and $78 MXN per night for four guests.
