Property and Cancellation Policies :
In the event that cancellation is necessary, LBRR will need 60 days notice to reschedule your stay to another date (based upon availability). If it is less than 30 days there will be a $300 reschedule fee enforced. All payments, minus the $300 , will be forwarded to your new reservation. All payments are transferable but not refundable.
Terms and Conditions
Reservation dates are held with a first nights price refundable damage deposit. Upon departure, the facility will be checked for damages and your deposit will be refunded or forward to a future reservation.
The Little Bear River Retreat allows RV'S, Campers and tents in designated areas.
There is absolutely no driving on grassy areas, a fine of $200 will be imposed.
No Pets are allowed in any of the buildings, however they are allowed outside, and must be cleaned up after or you will be fined.
NO SMOKING IN OR NEAR BUILDINGS.
Paper products are not included. I.E. Garbage bags, paper plates, paper towels etc.
Soap is included.
