PLEASE NOTE: Because of our small size, cancellations affect us significantly. Therefore, we adhere to a strict policy.Any reservation cancelations or changes require 72 hours notice prior to check-in of 3:00 PM on the day of your arrival in order to avoid being charged for your room. No refunds will be given for an early departure. We highly recommend travel insurance. A deposit of $25 per day /per room of your stay is required upon booking, which is refundable if the reservation is cancelled seven days prior to check in time (3:00 PM ) on the day of your arrival. While we welcome pets, all guests are responsible to advise of such pet during reservation, and are subject to managements approval. Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests. A 30-day cancellation notice, and $50 deposit per room is required for reservations for more than four rooms.
Terms and Conditions
All rates are quoted in Canadian dollars, are based on two people occupying the room or suite, and include full breakfast. There is a charge of $35 for each additional person staying in the same suite. Please add 15% Sales Tax, plus a local tourism levy of 3% Children under two years of age stay free.
Parking is complimentary. Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests.
CCTV cameras are in use to monitor key areas, but all vehicles are left at the owners' discretion. The Harbourview Inn waives all liabilities for any damage or loss to vehicles or its contents during the stay at the Inn.
Pets are welcome at the Inn, but owners are required to confirm pet type/breed with management during booking of reservation with a $35 pet fee per night, and acceptance at managements discretion. All pets must come with travel crates while in the rooms, all pets MUST be leashed at all times while on Harbourview property. All owners accept full responsibility for their pets actions, and are responsible for the care and cleanup during their stay. Any damage to property of the Inn by any pet is subject to a minimum $250.00 cleaning charge payable prior to checkout. Failure by guests to adhere to any aspect of these requirements may result in immediate refusal of reservation, without reimbursement of any amount.
Pool / Amenities: Guests of the Harbourview Inn are welcome to enjoy the onsite private pool and other amenities, as provided with courtesy of the Harbourview Cottage Association, and any guests using such amenities accept all adherence to bylaws and conditions as per the association, Pool is supplied as unsupervised, with no lifeguard on duty - and by accepting a Pool access key, all guests and any members of their party agree to waive the Harbourview Inn, The Harbourview Cottage Association ,and any staff of the Inn free of any and all liability for personal injury, or loss of personal items due to theft or damage. All children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Loss or damage to the Pool gate key is subject to a $50.00 replacement charge.
We accept most major credit cards. Please note we do not accept cash as payment for accommodation.
All of our rooms are non-smoking environments. We ask that our guests who wish to smoke, do so outside the Harbourview Inn. We have a smoking-friendly gazebo in our gardens for your convenience. There is a charge of $350 to cover extra cleaning costs for guests who smoke in their rooms.
Check-in time is from 3:00 PM until 8:30 PM. Early or late check-ins may be requested at least 24 hours in advance, and we will try to accommodate if possible. Check-out time is 11:00 AM.
