Medlock Villas offer a range of 3 private villas situated in the exclusive Springs community of Dubai. Each villa offers luxurious accommodation featuring a private outdoor swimming pool with free WiFi. Dubai Marina is a 10-minute drive away.

The modern accommodation at Medlock Villas, is spacious and bright. Each air-conditioned villa includes a flat-screen TV, a living room and an outdoor dining/seating area. The kitchen comes with a microwave, an electric kettle and a refrigerator.

The surrounding area features views of waterways, lush landscaping and beautiful gardens. A variety of cafes and eateries is available at Meadows Town Centre which can be reached in 5 minutes by car.

Mall of the Emirates and Burj Al Arab are a 15-minute drive away. Palm Jumeirah is 6.2 miles away from Medlock Villas. Burj Khalifa and The Dubai Mall are 20 minutes away by taxi.

Terms and Conditions

1.0 GENERAL 
All keys must be returned to the Medlock Villas representative upon check out. Any keys not returned will incur a replacement charge of 250 AED per set. All key codes provided should only be shared with resident guests.Any additional guests staying that are not expected at the time of the booking will result in a 500 AED per night charge.Guest will be liable for any theft or damage to the property and its contents from the time of entry to the time of departure. The villas provided are strictly for corporate, holiday and personal. Business user, parties and gatherings of 8 guests or more will not be accommodated. Noise and disturbances will not be tolerated; Medlock Villas reserve the right to ask guests to vacate the villa immediately and no refund will be issued.All guests are required to accept the above and below conditions prior to booking. A passport copy of the Primary Guest will be required upon arrival as acceptance of the terms listed above and below.
1.1 PETS 
Pets are not allowed unless otherwise agreed with Medlock Villas in writing.
1.2 CHECK-IN 
Check out time is 11:00am, late check out can be arranged by giving much notice as possible. Late check out will be subject additional charge unless agreed with Medlock Villas in writing. Any unconfirmed late check-outs will be charged at AED 500 per hour (rounded up to the nearest hour after 11.00am) and this will be deducted from the security deposit. 
1.3 CHECK-OUT 
11:00 hours, late check out can be arranged by giving much notice as possible. Late check out will be subject additional charge unless agreed with Medlock Villas in writing. We request all guests to leave the property in a clean and tidy state. Any guest leaving the villa in an unusually untidy manner will be charged an additional cleaning fee which will be deducted from the security deposit. See point 1.8. 
1.4 COMPLAINTS 
All complaints must be made in writing to Medlock Villas by email during your stay. All complaints received will be investigated fully with all parties concerned and you will receive a formal reply within 3-5 working days. Any complaints received after check out will not be entertained. No refunds will be made to guests making complaints after check out.
1.5 SMOKE FREE POLICY 
All our villas are non-smoking. Should anyone smoke in the villas you will be fined 1,000 AED plus any additional cleaning costs. Guest can use the private garden area to smoke. All cigarettes must be disposed of correctly.
1.6 PRICES AND PAYMENT 
All rates quoted are inclusive of taxes and utility bills. Rates quoted are valid for a period of up to 3 days. Bookings not made within this period will be liable to rate change.
All payments are to be made prior to arrival. A deposit payment of 25% will be required to confirm the booking. The remaining balance of 75% will be required 14 days prior to arrival or as otherwise agreed with Medlock Villas.All rates are non-refundable and non-transferable.
We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
We advise all guests to ensure they have been granted the correct visa for entry into the UAE before making payment.
1.7 BOOKING CONFIRMATION
All guests will receive a booking confirmation and payment confirmation upon successful receipt of your payments. Guests must check their booking confirmation thoroughly and advise of any changes required. All bookings are confirmed once a deposit payment of 25% of the total
accommodation cost is received. Booking confirmation will be emailed to the
guest within 24 hours of payment clearance. The remaining balance is required no later than 14 days prior to your arrival. Once full payment is received, guests will receive full details of the villa including address and door access codes as well as other important information.
1.8 SECURITY DEPOSIT 
A security deposit of AED 1,500 is mandatory for all reservations. The security deposit may vary depending on the number of nights booked, and will be refunded in full 72 hours after your check out. Any breaches of these terms and conditions will result in instant cancellation of the reservation.This includes damage/stains to furniture, fixture, fittings, internal walls, missing/broken items, excessive noise complaints from neighbors. No refunds will be made to the reservation or the security deposit. Where a villa is left in an unreasonably untidy condition, the deposit will be retained to cover additional cleaning and/or 1 nights charge if we are unable to finish cleaning by 3.00pm. 
1.9 CANCELLATION 
All cancellations must be advised in writing by letter or by email. All bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.
If your booking has been made via an Agent, please see terms and conditions as specified by the booking agent.
We advise all guests to obtain independent travel insurance to cover for any cancellations.

2.0 REFUNDS
Where a refund has been agreed, refunds will be made only via the original method of payment. Please allow up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be complete.
2.1 INTERNET 
Hi-Speed Internet access is provided free of charge in all our Villas. 
Internet services are provided by third part companies. Medlock Villas endeavor to ensure access is available 24/7; however there may be periods where access is limited or restricted due to server maintenance or line issues.
During this period internet access will not be available via routers, and all efforts will be made to ensure an alternative method of internet access is provided as soon as possible.
2.2 EXTENSIONS 
If you wish to extend a stay, Medlock Villas require notice in writing. Please give as much notice as possible in order to facilitate your request. All extensions are subject to availability and rate change. A payment for an extension will be taken at the time of notification.
2.3 BREAKAGES
Any breakages to the property including fixtures, fittings & furniture will be notified to the booking holder within 72 hours of the checkout date. Breakages will be subject to a 100% markup fee and 25% handling charges. The final invoice amount will be deducted from the credit card originally used to confirm the booking or the security deposit held.

.4 HOUSEKEEPING 
Housekeeping is provided to all guests and is scheduled on a weekly basis from the date of check in. Guests are required to allow all housekeeping staff a minimum 60 mins to ensure housekeeping is carried out to your satisfaction. Your weekly clean will include replacement of towels and bed linen and a light clean of the apartment.
Housekeeping times may vary from 11.30am – 5.00pm. Our housekeeping team will carry out the cleaning of your villa in your absence if you are not present.

2.5 MAINTENANCE 
Full maintenance of garden areas will take place once every 7 days. Pool cleaning will take place twice every 7 days. Although Medlock Villas ensure that garden areas and pools are clean at all times, we are unable to guarantee this due to unforeseen weather conditions. No refunds will be made to guests requesting a refund due to weather adverse conditions.
2.6 SECURITY 
Medlock Villas have a strict security policy. All our Villas are located in residential areas which have 24 hour security. Any security breaches by guests will result in instant cancellation of the booking. No refunds will be made on any cancellation.
