Late check-out (after 11:00 AM and before 12:00 PM) may result in a fee.
Property and Cancelation Policies :
To confirm a reservation, a deposit of 100% of the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card upon booking. Please CALL us at 506-369-2200 or TEXT 506-306-2803 if any issues.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Life happens. We get that. PONDS Cancellation Policy for paid reservations that are cancelled is:
(7) days prior to check-in date (date booked) you will receive a refund for the full amount paid
(48) forty-eight hours prior to your check-in date (date booked) you will receive a credit for a future stay (valid for one year)
After (48) hours there will be NO refund or credit.

GUEST SAFETY
RESERVATION POLICY
Your reservation is guaranteed until the day of arrival. After that time, it will no longer be guaranteed and may be reassigned. We will send you a cancellation confirmation via email immediately after cancelling your booking and there will be NO credit or refund.
By using our facilities, you acknowledge that you do so at your own risk. The property owners, management, and staff are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or health issues that may arise from the use of any of our services offered.
STANDARD BOOKING POLICY
When you make a reservation, you have the opportunity to choose your cabin type and number. Cabins are similar in size and equipment inside however, interior design can be different. Your reservation will be confirmed at the time your booking is made by a confirmation email from PONDS.
WI-FI POLICY
We all LOVE our Wi-Fi, right? It's even better when it's free! Wi-Fi sometimes gives us problems in the country. If you are having issues, try stepping outside of your accommodation or come to the office/patio area for better reception. Should there be a Wi-Fi outage due to inclement weather or any reason beyond our control, we will not be issuing a refund. Rural life is real!
SMOKING POLICY
Breathe easy. Pond's Resort is a non-smoking property. This applies to both traditional smoking methods and all electronic delivery systems, including vapes, vaporizers, vape pens, hookah pens, electronic cigarettes (e-cigarettes or e-cigs), e-pipes, and any variations of the foregoing regardless of the product’s name. Any smoking in cabins or strong lingering smoking scents in cabins will result in a disappointed look and a $250.00 room cleaning fee. Please smoke outside and dispose of materials in the receptacles provided.
COOKING IN CABIN POLICY
Please practice safe cooking habits and do not leave burners on unattended. Please do not cook with strong smelling ingredients. Lingering smells that require room closure and deep cleans will be charged a cleaning fee of up to $250.00. Fire extinguishers are in all cabins and inspected yearly. Cooking inside is Not Allowed in non-cooking cabins (kitchenettes) or GeoDomes (kitchenettes).
HOT TUB POLICY
Hot Tubs are cleaned prior to your arrival and rechecked the morning of your arrival; if there are any problems please let us know immediately. Shower prior to getting in the Hot Tub to remove, lotions, make-up, etc. this will help keep your hot tub clean. Close the hot tub cover when you get out. If you adjust the temperature of the hot tub, please return to the previously set temperature prior to leaving. If there is an issue, we will endeavor to fill the problem as quickly as possible. If we unable to do so, we will issue a refund of $20.00 per day as a recourse for not being able to use the Hot Tub. By using the hot tubs, you acknowledge that you do so at your own risk. The property owners, management and staff are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or health issues that may arise from the use of our services offered.
ROOM POLICY
We want you to have a great time when you are here. But if things get too crazy, we go by the old-school rule of ‘you break it, you buy it’ and property damages or missing items will be charged to your credit card at market value. Pre-existing damages or cabin issues must be reported to the front desk immediately after registration to avoid responsibility and potential charges. The resort allows guests, with permission, to receive occasional packages and special deliveries at the property. We are not responsible for the packages or their contents or the storage of them. Sing your heart out and have passionate conversation all day long, but from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. the whole property goes into hush mode for what we like to call quiet time (or sleep time).
PET POLICY
Are we pet friendly? You bet! A maximum of two pets are allowed per cabin. There is a pet cleaning fee of $50.00 plus HST/per stay. Just make sure your fury friends do their business in the non-walking areas, and please be responsible for cleaning up and disposal of the "pooh". There is a dumpster behind the restaurant building. Dogs must stay on a leash when outside the cabin. No rogue puppies and, sorry … no pets in the Office, Pub, or Restaurant (that’s the health department’s call). Should your pet cause property, item damage, or cause disruption to other guests stay, an incidental fee will be charged at market value to your credit card on file. Any funds remaining from the pre-authorized amount will be released after check-out and, dependent upon your bank’s policy, will reflect on your account within 10 business days. No reptiles, ranch animals or venomous creatures please - seriously, I can tell you stories!
EXTENDING YOUR STAY
After you have booked your stay with us, you can extend your stay (depending on availability) by simply letting us know before you arrive. If you are already staying with us and you would like to stay longer, please let us know at least 24 hours before your check-out date. We will do our best to accommodate your new plans and this can include relocating you to a similar cabin should this be necessary.
