All room fees and additional add-ons are not subject to taxation. We reserve the right to authorize an additional $250 deposit for room accommodations, as needed. Payment for room and applicable add-ons is due at check-in. We reserve the right to cancel reservations for insufficient funds or insufficient deposit. We also reserve the right to charge the card on file for any damages, with or without notice. Guests booking a room MUST be 21 years of age and staying on premises entire stay of reservation. Parent/Guardian 21 years of age or older, MUST accompany minors when using pool and/or Fitness Center. Minors are expected to stay in guest rooms unless accompanied by an adult while outside of guest room and are not to be roaming or running through hallways. Parking is complimentary with valid reservation. If issues arise please contact the hotel directly by phone or by e-mail and they will be addressed on a case-by-case basis. Personal information gathered will be used only for hotel needs, information is not sold or contracted to any other parties. The hotel assumes no liability for lost, stolen, or damaged belongings (including vehicles, electronics, or valuables), unless placed in our safe deposit box located at the Front Desk. Guests who are evicted from the premises waive all entitlement to a refund or charges for damages. We also reserve the right to place guests that do not abide by hotel rules on a "do not rent" registry, which bans said guest from utilizing hotel services in the future. Guests bringing pets with them are subject to a one time $50 nonrefundable Pet Fee per stay.
