Property and Cancelation Policies :
If cancelled in advance of the cancellation period, you will not be responsible for the balance of your room rental. if cancelled within the cancellation period, you will be responsible for the entire reservation room rental.
Cancellation Period:
June 1 - September 30: 14 days prior to arrival date.
October 1 - May 31: 3 days prior to arrival date.
We recommend trip insurance to protect you in the event of unexpected illness, death or weather related emergencies as we are not able to make an exception to this policy.
Terms and Conditions
PARKING: You will have free parking for ONE auto per room reserved.
TRAILERS: NO TRAILERS are allowed on the property at any time. The Town allows trailer parking about 5 blocks from the Motel.
PETS: We have a few pet-friendly rooms. Dogs are welcome at the Motel only with pre-approval. Please contact the office for approval. There is a one-time fee of $25.00 for your dog. Dogs must be kept on a leash when outdoors on the property and may not be left unattended in the rooms/cottages. Pet damage in the room will result in a $250 restoration fee being charged to your method of payment on file.
SMOKING: The Matterhorn Motel is a NON-SMOKING PROPERTY. No smoking is allowed anywhere on the property. Evidence of smoking will result in a $250 cleaning fee being charged to your payment method on file.
DAMAGE: The Motel is not responsible for any loss, accidents or injury to guests. The guest assumes responsibility for any damages to the property in the amount determined by Owners for replacement, repair or cleaning. Damaged or missing items will be charged to your payment method on file.
GUESTS PER ROOM: There is a maximum of 4 guests per room or cottage except King Efficiency Rooms with a maximum of 2 guests per room.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT: Check-in Time is 3:00 pm. Check-out time is 10:00 am.
