In addition to the room price there is Government City Tax of 6 Euros per person per night for all guests aged 10 years old or older that must be paid at check-in.
Full payment of reservation and city tax is required prior to check-in.
A credit card must be provided at check-in to charge eventual food/beverage consumption.
"Confirmation Pending" Status:
Your reservation is registered, and the room reserved for you in our system and will not be deleted unless we are unable to collect the payment. Typically, we reach out to the guest 10 days/15 days prior to the check-in date to reconfirm the reservation and 5 days prior we process the payment and change the status to confirmed in the system (meaning paid and confirmed).
