Property and Cancelation Policies :
Cancellations 14-30 days prior to your stay will result in a 50% refund (a forfeit of your deposit).
Cancellations fewer than 14 days prior to your stay will not be refunded. No-shows will likewise not be refunded.
Terms and Conditions
All guests must be 18 years or older to book a reservation.
A 50% deposit fee will be charged to your credit card at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be charged 13 days prior to your check-in date.
There is a two-night minimum stay for weekends (Friday - Saturday). Holidays may be subject to longer minimum stay requirements.
Check-in is 4-9pm. Please contact us if you anticipate arriving after that time to make arrangements.
Check-out time is 12pm.
Howland House and Oliver’s are smoke-free properties. A $500 fee will be charged if there is any evidence of smoking in the rooms found.
Children are welcome at Howland House! We just ask that you are mindful of noise level and any potential disturbance of other guests. A Pack 'n Play is available upon request.
While we love animals, we cannot accommodate them in our rooms at this time.
Howland House is compliant with the Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA). Room 1 is ADA-compliant and Room 3 is ADA-accessible. If you have any questions about accessibility throughout the property, please contact us at any point during or prior to your stay.
To maintain a minimal environmental footprint, rooms will not be refreshed during your stay. Should you need fresh towels or linen, please feel free to ask.
