The Waters
Canyon Lake is a very clean, large and deep spring and rain fed lake. With a blue sky, it is a magnificent aqua-marine color surrounded by evergreen Live Oaks and Mountain Cedar all year round. *Group Bookings: Terms & Conditions, Rescheduling and Cancellation policies differ from Individual Reservations.
- Guests have 24 hours to cancel no charge.
- If a Reservation is canceled 14 days prior to arrival date by 3pm, reservation will be refunded 50% of Reservation. Within 14 days of arrival, your reservation is 100% percent guaranteed with no refunds.

Terms and Conditions
Check-in & Check-out Policy: Minimum Check-in age is 18. Our Resort does do not allow early check-ins or late check-outs.
Check-In: 3pm
- We have a simple, contactless check-in process. When you book a room at Canyon Lakeview Resort, we text your Room number and Door code to check in to your room on day of arrival, without the need to visit our on-site office in person. Please be sure to opt into our Whistle text messaging platform to ensure these communications are received.

- Our check-out process is a breeze! Simply press the "lock" button on the keypad on the door before you leave. It’s that simple!
Pet Policy: We’re a pet friendly establishment!
- Pets & Service Animals Allowed for a pet fee of $25 USD for up to 6 nights.
- A Maximum of 2 pets per reservation.
- There is a penalty for not declaring your pets for $50 dollars on top of the pet fee of $25 pet fee for up to 6 nights.
- A surcharge of $250 per night will be added to your stay for damages. When outside, we do ask that pets are on a leash, and not left unattended. Keep in mind, that we have wild animals on property, so respect our natural environment.
Lost & Found Policy: The Resort is not responsible for lost or damaged personal property while staying at the Resort. For lost & found items, we will gladly hold them for 30 days. Guest will be responsible for shipping charges.
Daily Housekeeping: We do not provide daily housekeeping services. For our weekly Guests, there will be a full clean every seven days.Guest Damages: Cost of the damages to Guestrooms will be charged to the credit card on file for ReservationCabin Hot tubs: Use Hot Tub at Your Own Risk! No children under the age of twelve are allowed in the hot tubs. Please see further Hot Tub policies located in the Guidebook in your Guestroom.Pool Hours: Our seasonal pool is open form April 1st to October 1st. In house Guests only. Pool Hours are 11am to 8:30pm. Swim at Your Own Risk! Rock Beach: Rock beach is open all year round, from sunrise to sundown! NO Tents, Glass, Styrofoam, or containers under 5 ounces are allowed on Rock Beach. Swim at Your Own Risk!
Self-Parking:
- Lodge Suites: One vehicle per Lodge Suite reservation. Please Park along the two-story Lodge building
- Voyager Cabin A: Two vehicles allowed plus one boat parking spot
- Lakeview Cabins B-F: Two vehicles allowed per Cabin (no boats)
- Additional Vehicles: Please Park along the pool fence
- Boat parking is behind the Conference Center (there are 5 spots, on a first come, first serve basis).
