The base rate is refundable if cancellation occurs up to 30 days before the arrival date. However, within 30 days of arrival, the full amount will be charged and converts into a non-refundable rate.

Sanglung Villas Bali - General Policies
- Prices and Taxes: All prices quoted on our website or other booking platforms are inclusive of applicable taxes and service charges. We reserve the right to change the prices at any time without prior notice. However, confirmed bookings will be honored at the rates agreed upon at the time of booking.
- Payment and Terms at Check-in/Check-out : A deposit is required to confirm a reservation depending the booking type. Check-in time is 3:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Late check-out or early check-in are subject to availability and additional charges apply. All payments must be made in the local currency (IDR) using cash, credit or debit cards, or bank transfers.
- Traveling with Minors: Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times. We reserve the right to request identification to verify the age of any minors present. Please inform the villa staff if you require any child-friendly amenities, such as cribs or high chairs.
- Accessibility or Special Needs: We are committed to providing a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all guests. If you have any special requirements, please inform us in advance so we can make the necessary accommodations. Unfortunately, not all areas of our property may be accessible to individuals with mobility impairments.
- Parking: Complimentary parking is available for all guests. Vehicles are parked at the owner's risk, and we accept no liability for any loss or damage that may occur.
- Hotel Events: Please respect the privacy and tranquility of other guests during your stay. Loud events, such as parties or gatherings, must be pre-approved by the management and may be subject to additional fees.
- Dispute Resolution/Issues: Any issues or disputes arising during your stay should be brought to the attention of the villa management as soon as possible. We will make every effort to resolve any problems promptly and amicably.
- Use of Personal Information: We collect and store your personal information for the purpose of providing our services and fulfilling our legal obligations. We will not share your information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our guests and staff.
- Liability: Sanglung Villas Bali is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by guests or their belongings during their stay. Guests are advised to obtain appropriate travel and medical insurance before their trip.
- Force Majeure: We shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, government actions, or other events that make it impossible or impractical to provide our services.
- Third Party Rights: These terms and conditions are for the benefit of Sanglung Villas Bali and our guests, and no other person shall have any rights to enforce them.
- Waiver: No failure or delay by us in exercising any right or remedy under these terms and conditions shall constitute a waiver of that right or remedy.
- Severance: If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
