1/2 Mile (800 Meters) from the south entrance to Zion National Park, our 12-acre piece of paradise has been owned and operated by the Ferber family since 1973, when the Zion Canyon Campground & RV Resort was founded by David Ferber. Our staff has explored the canyons and surrounding areas and can be quite helpful about where to go, what to wear and who to see for the outdoor adventure of a lifetime. Springdale courtesy shuttle to Zion stops in front of the RV park, or elect to make the 12 to15-minute walk. (For up-to-date Springdale and Zion shuttle info, navigate to www.nps.gov/Zion). Offering choice of basic Camping Cabins, or 1 bedroom Cottages with bath. After a long day, come back to your cabin and freshen up for dinner with a choice of more than a dozen local eateries nearby, from casual to upscale, accessible via a courtesy Springdale town shuttle with a stop adjacent to our park. After dinner, sit outside and watch the sunset under The Watchman and West Temple, truly breathtaking geological sights. Camping Cabin (no bath or bed linens furnished) have heating and A/C, power outlets, and occupants have access to our bathhouses with 18 climate-controlled showers and restrooms. Cottage Cabins are fully equipped with private bathroom with shower, vanity sink, and toilet. Cottages include mini-fridge, microwave and large kitchen sink, and include bed and bath linens. Outdoor heated pool (seasonal) available to all guest. Liberal hours 7am to 11pm registration, including Convenience Store, Gifts and Apparel. Guest coin-op laundry open 24-hours. Picnic table and BBQ pedestal at each site, 2 community firepits. Firewood and ice available through store.

2024-SEASON CABIN RENTAL AGREEMENT TO FOLLOW THESE RULES & REGULATIONS:
These policies, rules and regulations apply to CABIN AND COTTAGE RENTALS, and may differ somewhat from the rules and regulations provided in any RV or Tent (campground reservation) confirmation. DEPOSITS/REFUNDS -Minimum deposit required for reservations is the total cabin charges, and any extra persons, plus tax for first night. When completing reservation on-line, you will be required to pay only 1st night deposit of the total of base rate, plus taxes and extra-person charges. Deposit for cancellations is 100% refundable IF cancellation is made 4 or more days prior to arrival date. Cancellations must be made by phone direct during our business hours, or canceled on-line if booked through a 3rd party site. Email cancellations are NOT accepted, as email is not monitored 24 hours a day. If cancellation is made 3 or fewer days prior to arrival, we will retain the entire 1st night cabin occupancy charges, plus taxes, as non-refundable. IF a NO-SHOW (non-arrival by 7am the next morning),the first night deposit will be retained in full, and any remaining days of your reservation will be cancelled. IF you are delayed and cannot arrive by 7:00am the next morning, please call to alert us of your intentions! Refunds given for early departures if we are notified by 11:00am on the day you desire to check-out, and providing you have stayed the required two night minimum stay required when reservation was initially made. CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT YOU MUST FIRST CHECK-IN WITH THE FRONT REGISTRATION DESK. DO NOT PROCEED INTO THE CAMPGROUND/CABIN AREA UNTIL YOUR CABIN NUMBER AND LOCATION IS VERIFIED, AND YOUR ACCOUNT IS SETTLED WITH THE FRONT DESK. Front office/registration office is open 7:00am to 11:00pm. Cabin check-in time is 4:00pm. We require you to arrive and check-in before 11:00pm in the registration office. IF you expect arrival AFTER 11:00PM when office is closed, you must call us in advance (435)772-3237, option 0, to inform us and to receive special instructions about locating your cabin KEY and directions. Any arrivals AFTER our 11:00pm closing time will need to call our after-hours emergency number (435) 705-9530 to register and receive keys to your cabin, in the event you do not notify us in advance of your late arrival. Check-out on departure date is 11:00am. We cannot honor any requests for later check-out times. If you venture into Zion Park, or Springdale town, on the morning of your departure, remember you must return and vacate your cabin by 11:00am. You MUST remove all equipment and parked automobiles by11:00am to avoid being charged an additional $100.00, and your belongings will be subject to removal, and vehicles towed at owner’s expense. IF you are moving from one cabin to another, you may be asked to remove your personal belongings from your first cabin by 11:00am, until such time as the cabin you are moving TO is cleaned and prepared for occupancy. PARKING Each cabin registrant is allowed one automobile or SUV space per cabin in our cabin parking areas, during the times of your paid occupancy You must display the CABIN PARKING PERMIT on the dashboard of your automobile. Please be prepared to give us your vehicle LICENSE PLATE NUMBER as you register, or in advance of your arrival. We do not have provisions to park your RV or oversized vehicle, utility trailer or additional vehicles. There is limited free parking at the visitor’s center inside the park, which fills early morning, and pay-parking is available along the streets and lots in Springdale. Lion Boulevard, straight up the street from our entrance, has paid public parking available within 1 block, to include overnight parking so longas you do not remain (sleep) in that vehicle overnight. Any additional parking off our premises is at your expense. Parking in our parking areas is at your own risk of possible loss or damage to your vehicle. Take your keys and lock your vehicle! Safeguard your keys. Locksmiths dispatched to our remote location can be expensive. Our cabin parking permits are unique in color. Do NOT park in areas not intended for cabins, such as registration parking or in or on our campground tent or RV sites. Unidentified vehicles found on our lot, without proper permit, are subject to towing at owner’s expense for impound and recovery.
