Property and Cancelation Policies :
- Cancellation Policy: 72 Hours from arrival - CANCELLATION POLICY DOES NOT APPLY TO ANY PRE-PAY DISCOUNT RATES - These reservations are non-refundable and non-cancellable.
- Deposit Policy: Pre-paid reservations will be charged at 100% at booking and are non-cancellable. All other reservations will be pre-authorized in the amount of one night's room and tax 72 hours before arrival.
- Reservation changes: Pre-paid non-cancellable reservations may be changed, however; subject to rate change. Any rate change must be paid in full at the time of change. Reservations guaranteed with credit card that require a date change will be subject to new dates rate and a one night’s room & tax non-refundable deposit at the change.

- Incidentals Policy: A $100 per night hold for incidentals is taken at the time of check-in. Release of authorization: Authorization is released by your financial institution automatically within 3 business days. Debit card users may take from 10-21-day period.
- Early Departure Policy: 1 night’s room & and tax is taken as a fee for early departure. Pre-paid non-cancellable reservations are not refundable.
- Smoking Policy: HH is a non-smoking hotel. A $250 fee will be assessed if guests smoke inside their room. Housekeeping to inform the Front Desk team if evidence and/or smoke is smelled during room cleaning.
- Damage Policy: Guest CC will be charged for repair or replacement of damaged item(s) & note will be made on their profile.
- Minimum Age: All guests must be 21 years or older to confirm any guestroom accommodation at Hotel Herringbone. A valid photo ID must be presented at the time of check-in for age verification.
- Traveling with Minors: Minors must be always accompanied by an adult while in Guestrooms & on property at Hotel Herringbone.
- Firearms Policy: Any guest or visitor who is in possession of a firearm on hotel premises is personally responsible for abiding by all applicable federal, state and local laws with respect to firearms. Subject to the following restrictions, guests of Hotel Herringbone who are lawfully permitted to possess a firearm may bring such firearm onto hotel premises, provided that the presence of the firearm on hotel premises: is for storage purposes only; the firearm is and remains at all times unloaded; the firearm is and remains secured in a locked, hard-sided firearm container, provided by the guest, while transported to or from the guest room and while stored therein; and the firearm remains securely safeguarded at all times in a locked guest room or locked personal vehicle, except when transporting the firearm to or from a guest room. Guests who fail to abide by this policy may be asked to leave the hotel premises, without refund. The hotel premises are private property, and our firearms policy applies to: (i) all firearms, regardless of whether the firearm is a handgun or a long-barreled gun; and (ii) all guests and visitors, even those possessing a valid license or permit to carry a firearm. The only exception to the restrictions described in this firearms policy statement is for law enforcement officers and designated military personnel, who are on-duty and required to carry firearms in the performance of their duties.
- As part of our commitment to guest safety, employees will not disclose the identity, room number or presence of a guest to anyone other than appropriate law enforcement. This includes the taking of or delivery of messages or indirect forwarding of phone calls. It is the responsibility of guests to communicate their presence and room number to any person they wish to receive calls or visits from.
- Safety cameras are used throughout the premises, and anyone on our property may be recorded. The hotel assumes no responsibility for any personal bodily injury incurred while on premises.

- Accessibility or Special Needs: The Hotel represents that it contains accessibility features for individuals with disabilities and, where needed, the Hotel will provide equivalent facilitation, auxiliary aids and services, and reasonable modifications to policies and procedures to ensure that its Guests have equivalent access to its goods, services, and accommodations.
- Parking: There is no charge for self-parking in the adjacent Hotel Herringbone lot on 4th Street & Mary Avenue. Parking in this facility is first come, first serve.
- Hotel Events: Private events are permitted at Hotel Herringbone, however, all group events must be contracted through a Hotel sales representative.
- Dispute Resolution/Issues: The parties will use their commercially reasonable efforts to informally and timely resolve any dispute concerning any matter related to this Agreement by presenting the dispute to senior representatives of Hotel and Group for their discussion and possible resolution in the order set forth herein; provided, however, a dispute relating to patents, trademarks, trade dress, copyrights, trade secrets, and/or infringement of intellectual property rights shall not be subject to this provision. All negotiations pursuant to this section are confidential and shall be treated as compromise and settlement negotiations for purposes of applicable rules of evidence. If within a period of thirty (30) calendar days after submission of a disputed matter in accordance with this clause, the respective senior representatives are unable to agree upon a resolution of such dispute, then the dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration using one arbitrator before JAMS or the American Arbitration Association in the state and city in which Hotel is located, or the closest available location. The parties further agree that in any arbitration proceeding, they may conduct reasonable discovery pursuant to the arbitration rules, and any arbitration award will be enforceable in State or Federal court.
- Use of Personal Information: Hotel will protect and use personal data about Guests that Hotel receives in connection with hosting Guests, provided that Guest acknowledges and agrees that certain services (e.g., a web-based reservation system) may be provided by a third party and that use of such services may be subject to terms and conditions (including those regarding the access and use of Guest information) of that third party and may be different than those of Hotel.
- Liability: Neither party shall be liable to the other for any special, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages even if such party has knowledge of the possibility of such damages. Under no circumstances shall this limitation of liability limit or waive Guest’s obligations to pay liquidated damages, including without limitation, Cancellation Charges that may be owed.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be responsible for failure to perform this Agreement if unanticipated circumstances beyond their control (including, but not limited to: acts of God; government regulation; terrorist attacks in the city in which Hotel is located; or declared war in the United States) make it illegal or impossible for Hotel to host Guest.
- Waiver / Severance: Any provision in this Agreement that is held to be illegal or unenforceable in any jurisdiction shall be ineffective to the extent of such illegality or unenforceability without invalidating the remaining provisions and any such illegal or unenforceable provision shall be deemed to be restated to reflect as nearly as possible the original intentions of the parties in accordance with applicable law. Either party’s failure to enforce any term or condition of this Agreement does not waive that party’s right to enforce that or any other term or condition at any time.
